An axle box suspension positioning device for a railway vehicle is provided, which includes a guide column assembly. The guide column assembly includes a fixed end connected to a frame of the railway vehicle, and a free end which is extendable and retractable from an opening of the axle box. An elastic positioning component is provided in the opening, and the elastic positioning component limits a movement of the free end along a running direction of the vehicle with respect to the frame. The arrangement of the elastic positioning component enables the axle box suspension positioning device to have a large positioning rigidity. A bogie having the axle box suspension positioning device is also provided.

A coupler buffer is provided that includes a coupler yoke for connection to a coupler, a front stop body for mounting to a vehicle body, a first elastic element, wherein a rear end thereof abuts against the coupler yoke and a front end thereof abuts against the front stop body, a casing arranged at a rear end of the coupler yoke, wherein a rear end of the casing is configured to be connected to the vehicle body, and the casing is connected with the coupler yoke via a connecting shaft, and the coupler yoke is movable along an axial direction of the connecting shaft, and a second elastic element arranged between the casing and the coupler yoke, wherein even when a vehicle body suffers a traction force or a compression force, the coupler buffer may function well.

A side frame for a bogie. Two longitudinal sides of the side frame are respectively provided with a supporting seat for connecting an end portion of a connecting rod, and the supporting seat is integrally formed with the side frame by casting. The supporting seat includes a supporting plate, a middle rib and a first side rib. The supporting plate is provided with a through hole. The connecting rod and the supporting seat are thread-connected via a conical pole which is fixedly provided in the through hole. The side frame reduces the welding processes, ensures the installation precision of the supporting seat, and enhances the strength of the supporting seat.

The central suspension device has multiple stages of rigidities in the transverse and vertical directions, so that the different rigidities can be mutually shifted conveniently on the empty vehicle condition and the heavy-load condition of the vehicle, therefore, the central suspension device is applicable to express railway vehicles for safe and stable running.

The present invention provides an journal box rubber pad and a bogie, wherein the journal box rubber pad comprises a glue-injection hole and a conductive mechanism: the glue-injection hole comprises a cavity formed in a rubber layer, a first hole formed on an upper wear liner and a second hole formed on a lower wear liner. The cavity, the first hole and the second hole are communicated with each other; the conductive mechanism is placed internally in the glue-injection hole; the two ends of the conductive mechanism pass through the first hole and the second hole respectively and be in contact with two conducted apparatuses. The journal box rubber pad and the bogie of the present invention have the advantages that: the journal box rubber boxes not only can overcome the disadvantages that the upper and the lower wear liners are easy to be abraded and have poor contact with a bogie side frame and an adapter because of the requirements of high manufacturing accuracy but also can realize conductive function.

The present invention discloses a freight car bogie and a freight car. The freight car bogie comprises two wheel sets, two side frames arranged at outer side of said wheel sets, and a bolster fixedly connected to center position of each of said two side frames, respectively. The freight car bogie further comprises a K-shaped supporting device, wherein said K-shaped supporting device passes through preset holes on two sides of an abdominal region of said bolster; a first upper end and a second upper end, as well as a first lower end and a second lower end of said K-shaped supporting device are elastically connected with said two side frames respectively; and said first upper end and second upper end, and said first lower end and second lower end are respectively symmetrical with respect to a center line of said bolster. The K-shaped supporting device of the present application may not pass through the middle part of the bolster so that a reinforcing rib for bearing vertical load can be disposed on the middle part of the bolster, thereby increasing the anti-lozenge-distortion rigidity of the bogie as well as improving the strength of the bolster for bearing the vertical load.

A freight car bogie and a freight car are provided. The freight car bogie includes two wheel set assemblies, side frames, and a bolster. The freight car bogie further includes a first connecting rod and a second connecting rod. The first connecting rod and the second connecting rod are crossed in an X form to pass through reserved holes at two sides of a belly of the bolster. The first connecting rod and the second connecting rod are separated from each other at a crossing portion. The first connecting rod includes a first end and a second end. The second connecting rod includes a third end and a fourth end. The first end and the third end are resiliently connected to one of the side frames and symmetrical about a center line of the bolster. The second end and the fourth end are resiliently connected to the other side frame and symmetrical about the center line of the bolster. Therefore, a warp resistant rigidity of the freight car bogie is increased, and an operation speed and capability for adapting to track irregularities of a three-piece casting steel bogie are raised.
