Wire arc additive manufacturing-spinning combined machining device and method are provided. The machining device includes a spinning mechanism and a fused deposition modeling mechanism. The spinning mechanism includes a machine tool and a spinning head. The spinning head is installed on the machine tool by a main shaft, and the main shaft is configured to drive the spinning head to rotate to achieve the movement in three vertical directions. The spinning head includes a spinning base and balls. Each of the balls is installed in a corresponding one of arc grooves at a bottom of the spinning base. The fused deposition modeling mechanism includes a moving track, a robot and a heat source generator. The arc moving track is arranged around the machine tool in a surrounding mode. The robot is movably installed on the moving track. The heat source generator is installed at a tail end of the robot.

Wire arc additive manufacturing-spinning combined machining device and method

A welding bead modeling method for wire-arc additive manufacturing, a device therefor and a system therefor including using a dynamic parameter method, and using different welding process parameters in the same welding bead in the a wire-arc additive manufacturing process to obtain a welding bead with synchronous and dynamic changes in profile along with the dynamic changes of the welding process parameters. The method further comprising using a line laser sensor for scanning to obtain the segmented profile of the processed welding bead, and corresponding each welding bead profile to the welding process parameters one by one to train the neural network as training data, so as to obtain a welding bead modeling model capable of obtaining the corresponding welding bead profile according to the input welding process parameters.

Welding bead modeling method for wire-arc additive manufacturing, device therefor and system therefor

Additive manufacturing (AM) methods and devices for high-melting-point materials are disclosed. In an embodiment, an additive manufacturing method includes the following steps. (S1) Slicing a three-dimensional computer-aided design model of a workpiece into multiple layers according to shape, thickness, and size accuracy requirements, and obtaining data of the multiple layers. (S2) Planning a forming path according to the data of the multiple layers and generating computer numerical control (CNC) codes for forming the multiple layers. (S3) Obtaining a formed part by preheating a substrate, performing a layer-by-layer spraying deposition by a cold spraying method, and heating a spray area to a temperature until the spraying deposition of all sliced layers is completed. (S4) Subjecting the formed part to a surface modification treatment by a laser shock peening method.

Additive manufacturing method and device for ceramic and composite thereof

A composite equal additive manufacturing method: S1, obtaining molten metal by using a metal smelting device; S2, first, storing inflow molten metal in an intermediate container, and then transferring the molten metal into a crystallizer; S3, cooling the molten metal to a solid-liquid mixed state by using the crystallizer, and enabling a high-temperature blank body with a required section to flow out from an outlet of the crystallizer; S4, arranging plastic forming tools at a bottom of the outlet of the crystallizer, and performing plastic forming on the outflow high-temperature blank body; S5, fixing a lower end of a part after the plastic forming and slowly descending the part by a chuck; S6, machining the part by using point forming machines, and synchronously controlling the machining temperature of the part; and S7, descending the chuck to an appropriate position, and taking the formed part out from the machine frame.
