A power module includes a printed circuit board (PCB), a magnetic element, primary and secondary winding circuits and a regulator. The magnetic element is disposed on the PCB and has first to fourth sides. The second side is opposite to the first side, the fourth side is opposite to the third side. The primary winding circuit is disposed on the PCB and positioned in a vicinity of the first or second side. The secondary winding circuit is disposed on the first PCB and positioned in a vicinity of the third or fourth side. The regulator includes a switch disposed on the PCB, and coupled to the primary winding circuit. The at least one switch, the primary winding circuit, and the magnetic element are arranged in a first direction in order. A power device is also disclosed herein.

Power module and power device

A magnetic component includes a magnetic core and a first winding module. The magnetic core has two opposite openings and at least one magnetic column. The first winding module has a plurality of annular metal plates disposed around the at least one magnetic column. Each of the annular metal plates has an electrical connection end, an annular portion and a heat-dissipating end. The electrical connection end and the heat-dissipation end are located at the two opposite openings of the magnetic core respectively. A thermal-dissipating area of the heat-dissipating end is greater than a cross-sectional area of a connection portion between the heat-dissipating end and the annular portion.

Magnetic component

A transformer includes two first cores, a primary winding and a secondary winding. The secondary winding has a first section and a second section. The first section has a first outlet end, a second outlet end, and a first connection end, wherein the first outlet end and the second outlet end are located at a side of the first section, the first connection end is located at an opposite side of the first section. The second section has a third outlet end, a fourth outlet end, and a second connection end. The third outlet end and the fourth outlet end are located at a side of the second section, and the second connection end is located at an opposite side of the second section. A portion of the primary winding is located between the first section and the second section of the secondary winding.

Transformer and power supply module with high thermal efficiency

An integrated magnetic component includes a magnetic core and a plurality of windings. The magnetic core includes at least four magnetic columns. The windings include a primary winding, a first secondary winding, a second secondary winding, and an inductor winding. The primary winding, the first secondary winding and the second secondary winding are wound on one of the magnetic columns. The inductor winding is wound on another magnetic column, and the inductor winding is coupled to the connection where the first secondary winding and the second secondary winding couple to each other. By integrating a transformer and a filter inductor into the integrated magnetic component, the number of the magnetic components, the overall volume, and the weight may be reduced while the mechanical properties may be promoted and the loss of the component connections may be reduced.
