Disclosed are a class of compounds which are inhibitors of acetyl-CoA carboxylase (ACC) and the use thereof. In particular, provided are compounds as shown in formula I or isomers, pharmaceutically acceptable salts, solvates, crystals or prodrugs thereof, and methods for preparing the same, and pharmaceutical compositions comprising the compounds and the use of the compounds or compositions for treating and/or preventing diseases associated with ACC expression, such as fibrotic diseases, metabolic diseases, cancers or tissue hyperplasia diseases. The compound has a good inhibitory activity against ACC and shows good promise to be a therapeutic drug for fibrotic diseases, metabolic diseases, cancers or tissue hyperplasia diseases.

The pipetting mechanism and the injection operation may be arranged along the annular structure. The driving mechanism may drive the annular structure to move cyclically.

A motor includes a stator core, a winding bracket mounted around the stator core, a winding wound around the winding bracket, and a rotor cooperating with stator core. The winding bracket comprises a first bracket and a second bracket arranged in parallel with each other. The motor further includes a first connecting terminal and a second connecting terminal for supplying power to the winding from an external power source, and the first connecting terminal and the second connecting terminal are both mounted on the second bracket.

A stator includes a stator core including stator poles and a yoke connecting the stator poles, at least one winding wound around the stator core and connecting terminals configured to connect with an external power source to supply power to the winding and located at one end of the yoke adjacent the stator poles. A single phase motor and a ventilation fan are also provided.

A permanent magnet motor has a rotor and a stator. The rotor has a shaft, a rotor core fixed to the shaft, a commutator fixed to the shaft adjacent to the rotor core, and rotor windings wound about poles of the rotor core and electrically connected to the commutator. The stator includes a magnetically conductive round housing, permanent magnets fixed to an inner surface of the housing, and brushes for making sliding contact with the commutator. The ratio of an outer diameter of the rotor core to an outer diameter of the housing is between 66% to 84%.

In a method for acquiring magnetic resonance signals from a first shoulder or an opposite second shoulder of a patient, a shoulder coil anterior part and a shoulder coil posterior part are provided. A base plate is engageable with a moveable support element connecting the shoulder coil posterior part to the base plate to permit lateral movement and 90 degree rotation of the shoulder coil posterior part. With the base plate beneath the patient, the shoulder coil posterior part is placed below the first shoulder and the shoulder coil anterior part is placed above the first shoulder to permit acquisition of magnetic resonance measurements. To acquire signals from the opposite second shoulder, the shoulder coil posterior part is moved across the base plate to be positioned beneath the second shoulder and is rotated by 90 degrees. The shoulder coil anterior part is placed above the rotated shoulder coil posterior part.

A wrist coil for magnetic resonance imaging has a tubular coil formed by a number of coil splicing units spliced together in succession, and an annular coil unit that is wound around the surface of the tubular coil. Since the annular coil unit is wound around the surface of the tubular coil, and the current direction in the annular coil unit is perpendicular to the current direction in each of the coil splicing units, when some of the coil splicing units in the tubular coil do not acquire signals due to the fact that their magnetic field direction is parallel to that of the main magnetic field direction, the annular coil unit will carry out signal acquisition. Furthermore, since the magnetic flux of the annular coil unit is relatively large, this ensures a relatively high signal-to-noise ratio in the acquired signals no matter whatever layout position is adopted for the wrist coil, thus reducing equipment costs and eliminating restrictions for clinical applications in the prior art.

In a method and system for processing radio frequency signals of a tubular surface coil, the N channels of coil output signals are generated based on M channels of radio frequency signals acquired by M coil units in the tubular surface coil, wherein N is an even number greater than 1 and is less than or equal to M, and the N channels of coil output signals can be divided into N/2 pairs, with the two channels of coil output signals in each of the pairs respectively coming from the coil units located at symmetrical positions of the tubular surface coil. The respective modulus values of the two channels of coil output signals in said each pair of coil output signals are multiplied to obtain N/2 products which are then summed, and the square root of the summed result is computed, so as to generate a lateral cross-sectional image according to the computed result of square root. The signal strength in an imaging area and the uniformity of signal to noise ratio are thereby improved.
