A method and a User Equipment (UE) for performing uplink transmissions and a related base station (BS) are provided. The method includes a UE receiving a Physical Random Access Channel (PRACH) configuration indicating a plurality of parameters and a first set of PRACH resources from a base station, each of the plurality of parameters corresponding to a respective one of the first set of PRACH resources; initiating a Random Access (RA) procedure; selecting a first PRACH resource from the first set of PRACH resources to transmit an RA preamble for the RA procedure, the first PRACH resource corresponding to a first parameter of the plurality of parameters; and performing Multiple-PRACH (MP) transmissions on the first PRACH resource. The first set of PRACH resources is configured for the MP transmissions and the first number of times is determined by the first parameter.

Method and user equipment for performing uplink transmissions and related base station

A method by a UE for handling PDSCH reception includes receiving, from a BS, a first PDSCH configuration in a CFR configuration for a multicast PDSCH, a second PDSCH configuration in a BWP configuration for a unicast PDSCH, and first DCI scheduling the multicast PDSCH, the first PDSCH configuration including a first aperiodic resource set configuration, the second PDSCH configuration including a resource configuration and a second aperiodic resource set configuration, the resource configuration for configuring one or more ZP CSI-RS resources, and the first DCI including a first field for triggering a first aperiodic ZP CSI-RS; and determining, based on the first field, a first ZP CSI-RS resource set, which is not available for reception of the multicast PDSCH, from a first list of ZP CSI-RS resource sets configured by the first aperiodic resource set configuration. The resource configuration is absent in the first PDSCH configuration.

User equipment and method for handling physical downlink shared channel reception

A method performed by a user equipment (UE) for interpreting downlink control information (DCI) is disclosed. The method includes receiving a radio resource control (RRC) message; receiving DCI; determining a configuration status of a first information element (IE) in the RRC message; and interpreting the DCI by considering a field size of a downlink feedback information (DFI) flag included in the DCI to be associated with the configuration status of the first IE in the RRC message. In addition, a UE using the method is also disclosed.

The method includes receiving, from a Base Station (BS), a Timing Advance (TA) report configuration in System Information (SI); and transmitting, to the BS, a TA report based on the TA report configuration. The TA report configuration includes an indication for enabling or disabling the UE to transmit the TA report.

The method includes receiving a first DCI format for scheduling at least one HARQ-ACK codebook in at least one first PUCCH in at least one first slot; receiving a second DCI format in a second slot, the second DCI format (i) for scheduling a retransmission of the HARQ-ACK codebook in a second PUCCH and (ii) indicating a first slot offset; and transmitting the first HARQ-ACK codebook scheduled in one of the at least one first slot via the second PUCCH. If the first slot offset is a positive value, the first slot is determined by counting backward a number of slots indicated by the first slot offset from the second slot. If the first slot offset is a negative value, the first slot is determined by counting forward the number of slots indicated by the first slot offset from the second slot.

The method includes: receiving a radio resource control (RRC) message from a base station; determining a PUCCH cell from the first cell and the second cell according to at least one PUCCH cell pattern; and transmitting the PUCCH transmission on the PUCCH cell during the time resource units. The RRC message includes at least one PUCCH cell pattern associated with multiple cell indexes and a first subcarrier spacing (SCS) associated with a first cell and a second SCS associated with a second cell. Each cell index corresponds to a cell, and the PUCCH cell pattern indicates which cell corresponds to one time resource unit used for PUCCH transmission.

A method performed by a user equipment (UE) is provided. In the method, at least one of a first configuration associated with a first operation of switching a search space set group and a second configuration associated with a second operation of skipping a physical downlink control channel monitoring are received. Downlink control information comprising a specific field associated with at least one of the first configuration and the second configuration is also received. When the first and second configurations are received, the first operation is performed based on a value in the specific field and the first configuration when the value in the specific field is one of a first set of values, and the second operation is performed based on the value in the specific field and the second configuration when the value in the specific field is one of a second set of values.
