The content template that is associated with the order of content types is created. The content template is stored at the SaaS platform.

The first request identifies a content template stored at the SaaS platform. The first request specifies message content for messages to be sent via multiple communication channels, identifies the message content in a first format, and format is translatable to multiple second formats that each correspond to one of the communication channels. An identifier of the content resource is provided to the client device associated with the client account via a first API response.
