A display device includes: a substrate including a display area and a non-display area positioned around the display area and including a pad area adjacent to one side of the display area, a light emitting element disposed in the display area on the substrate, a pad portion disposed in the pad area on the substrate and including a plurality of output pads, a driving chip, and a control signal line. The driving chip includes a base portion facing the substrate, overlapping the pad area, and including dummy bump areas, an output bump area positioned between the dummy bump areas, and a data output area positioned between the dummy bump areas, a plurality of dummy bumps attached to a lower surface of the base portion and overlapping the dummy bump areas and the output bump area, respectively, a plurality of output bumps attached to the lower surface of the base portion, overlapping the output bump area, and connected in parallel to each other through transistors, and a plurality of detection bumps attached to the lower surface of the base portion, each of the detection bumps is electrically connected to the output bumps and overlapping the output bump area. The control signal line electrically connected through the transistors to the output bumps.

Display device

A display device includes: a substrate including a display area, a bending area spaced apart from the display area, and a peripheral area between the display area and the bending area; a dummy pattern on the substrate in the peripheral area; a bank on the dummy pattern in the peripheral area and exposing a portion of the dummy pattern; and a light emitting diode on the substrate in the display area.

A display panel includes a display panel test circuit including an open-short test transistor including a gate electrode which receives a test gate signal, a first electrode which receives an open-short test voltage, and a second electrode connected to a data line which transmits a data voltage and an electrostatic discharge protection circuit including: a first electrostatic discharge diode including a cathode electrode connected to the data line and an anode electrode which receives a first voltage; a first switching element which determines a minimum voltage of the display panel as the first voltage under a first condition and determines an electrostatic discharge low potential voltage higher than the minimum voltage of the display panel as the first voltage under a second condition; and a second electrostatic discharge diode including a cathode electrode which receives a second voltage and an anode electrode connected to the data line.

Display panel and display device including the same

A display device including a substrate having a display area and a non-display area outside the display area, a plurality of pixels disposed on the substrate in the display area, an external circuit bonded on the substrate in the non-display area, a first signal line disposed on the substrate in the non-display area and surrounding at least a portion of the display area, the first signal line being electrically connected to the external circuit, and a second signal line disposed in the non-display area and surrounding at least a portion of the first signal line, the second signal line being electrically connected to the external circuits.

A display device includes a substrate including a display area, a hole area, a peripheral area, and a bending area, a printed circuit board disposed on the pad area, a first hole crack detection line and a second hole crack detection line disposed in the peripheral area and extending to the bending area and the pad area, a first transistor including a gate electrode connected to a first signal line to apply a first signal, a first electrode, and a second electrode connected to the first hole crack detection line, and a second transistor including a gate electrode connected to a second signal line to receive a second signal, a first electrode connected to a high voltage line applying a high voltage, and a second electrode connected to the first hole crack detection line.

A display device including a substrate having a display area and a non-display area outside the display area, a plurality of pixels disposed in the display area on the substrate, a plurality of data lines connected to the pixels, a first crack detection line disposed in the non-display area on the substrate, the first crack detection line being electrically connected to at least one of the data lines, and a second crack detection line disposed in the non-display area outside the first crack detection line, the second crack detection line being electrically connected to at least one of the data lines.

A display device includes a display panel having a display surface, and a polarizing unit on the display surface of the display panel, the polarizing unit including a linear polarizer that includes at least two portions having different transmittances from each other.

A display device may include a first substrate, a second substrate, a light emitting structure, a seal member, a seal structure, a pad electrode, and a connection wire. The second substrate may overlap the first substrate. The light emitting structure may be positioned between the first substrate and the second substrate. The seal member may be positioned between the first substrate and the second substrate. The seal structure may be spaced from the seal member. A section of the seal member may be positioned between the light emitting structure and the seal structure. The seal structure may be positioned between the seal member and the pad electrode. The connection wire may electrically connect the seal structure and the pad electrode.

Organic light emitting display device

A power supply device includes: a feedback controller configured to detect a feedback voltage based on an output voltage of a power output line connected to a power input line to which a power supply voltage is supplied; a voltage controller configured to detect a level change of the power supply voltage based on the feedback voltage; and a voltage generator configured to adjust the power supply voltage according to the detected level change.
