An organic light-emitting display device includes an organic light-emitting array including a plurality of pixel areas, the pixel areas being arranged in a matrix; and a plurality of blocks, in each of which a plurality of touch wires are arranged in a first direction and a second direction. Each of the sub-pixels has a light-emitting part, the light-emitting part of one of the sub-pixels is larger than the light-emitting parts of the other sub-pixels, and an intersection of the touch wires arranged in the first direction and the second direction is located in the sub-pixel having the largest light-emitting part.

Organic light-emitting display device

Disclosed is a flexible display device in which a flexible film is first patterned and in a subsequent process of removing a glass substrate, a structure around the flexible film is removed therewith by external physical force, in order to make the device slim. In the flexible display device, the edge structure of the flexible film may be changed to minimize the generation of particles on the cut plane of the flexible film, thereby preventing damage to the periphery of the flexible film.

Disclosed are a flexible touch panel, a structure of which is changed to prevent cracks in touch wirings, and an organic light emitting display device using the same. The flexible touch panel includes transparent capping electrodes including at least three intersection points between first wirings and second wirings in each of adjacent first blocks and thus overlapping bridge electrodes.

A backplane substrate and a flexible display having the same are provided. The backplane substrate includes a flexible base film having an active area with a plurality of sub-pixels and a non-display area around the active area; and an interlayer insulating film on flexible base film and including a plurality of connection holes provided in first columns and second columns with each of the first and second columns arranged in a first direction of the flexible base film. When the flexible base film is folded along a folding axis in a direction intersecting the first and second columns, the folding axis intersects at least one connection hole of the first and second columns.
