Disclosed is a method for controlling a financial chip of a payment device, in which information for multiple cards is stored in a single USIM chip, to enable the payment device to use credit cards from multiple card companies as a payment means. The method includes: dividing storage of the memory of the financial chip into multiple sections and allocating a turn to each storage section; allocating a first turn to the first card company server and recording information on the credit card issued by the first card company server, an application for financial transactions, and an identifier for the application when the first card company server and the second card company server sequentially make a request for the record of credit card information to the financial chip; and providing card arrangement information including information on the first turn and a second turn to the second card company server.

Method for controlling financial chip of payment device

A method for processing a transaction using a dynamic PAN (Primary Account Number), performed by a payment device that provides a card reader with ISO (International Standardization Organization) standards of track 2 information. A PAN area of the track 2 information is divided into a first area, in which a BIN (Bank Information Number) is included, and a second area, in which the BIN is not included. A dynamic area is formed by encrypting the second area and a dynamic PAN area is formed by combining the first area with the dynamic area. Track 2 information (which includes the dynamic PAN area) is provided to the card reader.

Provided is a payment method using one-time information, which is performed by a payment system network-connected to a relay server and a payment device and having actual card information, the method including: receiving a payment schedule message from the payment device; publishing a Bank Information Number in response to the payment schedule message, generating one-time card information not including the actual card information, and providing the generated one-time card information to the payment device; judging validity of a message for approval request transmitted from the relay server according to whether or not a difference between a first time when the one-time card information is returned through the relay sever and a second time when the one-time card information is provided to the payment device satisfies a predetermined reference time; and determining whether or not the message for approval request is approved according to a judgment result of the validity.
