A screw part with an annular cross-section and having a base element that is hollow, cylindrical and at least partially injection-molded from a plasticized polymeric mass containing fibers. The base element includes at least one internal and/or external thread and an inner channel for arranging and/or passing through a conduit system element. The inner channel has at least one sealing section for sealing with the conduit system element and/or at least one support section for supporting and/or guiding the conduit system element and/or at least one retaining section for directly or indirectly locking the conduit system element. An insertion sleeve is arranged in the base element coaxially with the inner channel. The insertion sleeve is at least partially encapsulated by the polymeric mass with the polymeric mass facing radially towards the inner channel and radially away from the inner channel. A process for manufacturing such a screw part.

Screw part having annular cross-section

A plug-in connector produced by injection molding a plastic material and having an internal channel for a fluid and having three main sections situated axially one behind the other. The plug-in connector has a gate point on its outer circumference solely on one side and a mass distribution of the plastic material that is radially asymmetrical with respect to the circumference and which is present in at least one of the main sections of the shaped part. A method for the production of the plug-in connector is likewise disclosed.

An at least partially heatable line-connector for a media line which can be heated, the line-connector at least partially including a thermally-conductive or thermally-conducting material, with a heating system and/or heating elements being associated outside the body of the line-connector. A process for the fabrication of a molded part with circular cross section and a hollowed-out cylindrical base body. An inner channel of the molded part, designed for the sealing with a connector part, has segments with various functions in axial direction. A fiber containing plasticized polymeric mass is injected into the cavity of a molding tool, and following hardening of the polymeric mass, the molded part is removed from the tool. In order to improve strength in a reliable manner, injection into the cavity is carried out radially from the inner channel towards the exterior, in a segment, or in an area of a segment, that does not serve for the mounting of a circumferential seal, or the mounting, and/or arrest of the connector part.

A molded part and a method for producing the molded part. The molded part is rotationally symmetrical or at least partially annular in cross section and formed by a plasticized polymeric mass containing fibers being injected through an injection opening into a cavity of a molding tool. Once the polymeric mass has solidified, the molded part is removed from the tool. Injection into the cavity takes place through at least two injection openings in such a way that the fibers are aligned predominantly in the main stress directions of axial tension and torsion in the molded part.

The present invention relates to an electrically heatable media line comprising a fluid line and at least one line connector, which comprises a fluid connector connected to a line end of the fluid line and an outer housing. The fluid line and the line connector each have electrical heating means, wherein the fluid connector is enclosed at least in the region of the heating means and together with an end section of the fluid line by the housing. The housing has fixing means for accommodating, in a mechanically fixing manner, the fluid connector with the connected line end and electrical conductors and conductor connectors of the heating means.

Electrically heatable media line and line connector

A connector device having a housing part and a clamping ring arranged in the receiving hole and cooperating with an inner cone of the housing part to lock a plugged-in media conduit. An inner insertion piece is removably connected to a base piece and provided with the inner cone. The insertion piece has at least two radially elastic spring arms to enable removal of the conduit. Radially outward-protruding catching extensions of the spring arms engage catching holes for detaching purposes. A contamination seal is disposed in the region of free ends of the spring arms to circumferentially rest upon the media conduit. The catching extensions are disconnected from the sealing area via a deformation zone so that the radial detaching movement of the catching extensions is performed without being influenced by the contamination seal because the deformation zone is deformed.
