A landing gear having a force-measuring element. The landing gear includes an outer tube, an inner tube movably mounted in the outer tube, and a transmission assembly having at least one spindle driven by a gear. The spindle is fed through a spindle opening in a spindle bearing plate which is in contact with the outer tube, and a spindle nut fastened to the inner tube is held on the spindle. The landing gear addresses the problem of providing a landing gear that allows a quantitative and reproducible measurement of the forces transmitted from the landing gear to the ground. The problem is solved in that the force-measuring element is mounted on a support component disposed in the force flow between the spindle and the outer tube.

Trailer landing gear having a force-measuring element

An air conduction element for reducing the air resistance of a load-carrying vehicle having a load space structure. The air conduction element can be externally mounted in the rear region of the load space structure and includes an air conduction duct with a front air inlet opening and a rear air outlet opening, front and rear being in relation to the direction of travel (x). The air inlet opening overlaps the load space structure in the direction of travel (x) and the air outlet opening is arranged behind the load space structure within the cross-sectional contour thereof. The air conduction element has a cover which delimits the air conduction duct and which is arranged movably relative to the load space structure. The cap slowly drops in the direction of the load space structure when the air speed drops below a defined value and is raised by the air current in relation to the load space structure when the air speed exceeds a defined value. It is therefore the aim to devise an air conduction element with which the maximum vehicle dimensions defined for the travel position of the air conduction element are maintained also during adjustment thereof. For this purpose, the cover is mounted in relation to the load space structure such that it can carry out a translatory movement only.

Air conduction element for reducing air resistance of a load-carrying vehicle

A length-adjustable telescopic tube () has a longitudinal axis (L), an inner tube () and an outer tube (). In one of the tubes () a component () is arranged, which features first attachment structures (). The tube () has second attachment structures. Furthermore, at least one plug-in element (, and) with third attachment structures (, and) is provided, which cooperate with the first () and second attachment structures () to form a form-locking connection with the component () in at least one direction along the longitudinal axis (L) or perpendicular to the longitudinal axis.

A support jack for supporting semitrailers includes a vertically telescopically displaceable supporting device having an outer sleeve and an inner sleeve. A method of assembling such a support jack, in which a spindle nut is connected detachably to the inner sleeve by means of at least one translatory and one rotary joining movement or at least by means of two translatory joining movements.

Support jack

A semi-trailer landing gear, in particular to support trailers, with a support element which includes an outer sleeve and an inner sleeve and which can be displaced in a telescopic manner in relation to the height. The outer sleeve includes a securing flange which can be applied to a vehicle. The aim of the invention is to develop a semi-trailer landing gear which is economical to produce and can also withstand high loads. The aim is achieved by virtue of the fact that the outer sleeve and the securing flange are made of a single piece of flat steel by edge rolling.

A support jack, in particular for supporting semitrailers, includes a vertically telescopically displaceable supporting element having an outer sleeve, and an inner sleeve that can be vertically displaced in a telescopic fashion, each sleeve having a rectangular cross-section with four sidewalls. At least the inner sleeve has a wall plate joined to two adjacent side walls with welding seams that improve the bending stiffness of the support jack. The welding seams can be located inside or outside either of the sleeves. Such a support jack can be located on the lower side of any vehicle.

A wheel segment for the pivotal mounting of a base plate to a support jack, wherein the wheel segment has a partially cylindrical jacket element having a winding surface that is curved on the underside of said jacket element, and two side walls positioned radially on the jacket element, wherein a stop point is configured in the upper section thereof. An arrangement of a wheel segment is further protected at a support jack. The aim of the invention, among others, is to produce a wheel segment in a cost-effective manner while maintaining equal stability. Said aim is attained according to the invention by a wheel segment that is produced as a one-piece casting.

A support jack for supporting semitrailers including a vertically telescopically displaceable supporting device having an outer sleeve and an inner sleeve. A spindle nut has projections and contact elements for being positively detachably connected to the sleeves. The projections interact with openings of the inner sleeve for fixing the spindle nut in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the support jack. The contact elements interact with an inner side of the outer sleeve for fixing the spindle nut in the direction of rotation about the longitudinal axis. A method of assembling a support jack is also described, in which the spindle nut is connected detachably to the inner sleeve by at least one translatory and one rotary joining movement or at least two translatory joining movements.

A semitrailer landing gear, particularly for supporting trailers, including a supporting element, which can be telescopically displaced in the height thereof and which has an outer sleeve and an inner sleeve, the outer sleeve having a fastening flange for placing on a vehicle. The aim of the invention is to develop semitrailer landing gears with a reduced weight as well as with favorable manufacturing costs. To this end, the invention provides that at least one lateral wall of the outer sleeve and/or of the inner sleeve is provided with an angled wall section extending in an axial direction.
