An electrical component has electrically conducting structures placed on an electrically isolating or semiconductive substrate and component structures sensitive to a voltage or an electrical arcing and galvanically separated from one another. To prevent an arcing between the galvanically separated component structures, the component structures are short-circuited with a shunt line having a smaller cross-section than the remaining electrical conductor tracks. The shunt lines can be burnt through by application of an electrical current at any given time, whereby a galvanic separation of the component structures is effected, if necessary, for the function of the component.

An electrical circuit has at least two parallel signal paths connected to one another on the antenna side and for which a band reject filter corresponding to the transmission range is implemented in a second signal path for frequency-selective improvement of insertion loss in the transmission range of a first signal path. With a band reject filter, the signal is reflected to the junction of the parallel signal paths arising from the second signal path and thus is rerouted to the first signal path.

An acoustic wave transducer includes an acoustic track having electrode fingers for different electrodes. The electrode fingers engage to form exciting finger pairs. The acoustic track also includes marginal areas and an excitation area. The electrode fingers engage in the excitation area. The marginal areas and the excitation area are located along a transverse direction of the acoustic wave transducer. A longitudinal phase speed of an acoustic wave in the acoustic track is less in a marginal area than in the excitation area, and the acoustic wave is excitable and has a transversal basic mode. The following applies in the transversal basic mode for a wave number ky: (ky)2&#x3e;0 in a marginal area, and (ky)2&#x3c;0 in an exterior area outside the acoustic track. ky is smaller in the excitation area than in the marginal areas and in the exterior area.

In order to reduce scattering losses during the transmission of a surface acoustic wave signal, a surface acoustic wave arrangement has a junction between two mutually offset surface acoustic wave structures designed so that the finger period is reduced in the region of the junction, and varies continuously in the region of the junction.
