A method of manufacturing a fixed square includes providing a blade of the square, where the blade includes at least three first holes; providing a stock of the square, where the stock includes at least three second holes corresponding to the at least three first holes of the blade for attaching the blade and the stock to each other; holding the provided blade and stock in a fixture in a right angle relationship where the at least three first holes of the blade align with the at least three second holes of the stock; enlarging the at least three first and second holes while the blade and the stock are held in the fixture; and attaching the blade and the stock to each other using fastening elements in the at least three enlarged first and second holes while the blade and the stock are held in the fixture.

Method of manufacturing a fixed square

A stepwise and stepless adjustable square, including: a stock; a blade; a first alignment structure; a second alignment structure; a spring device; and a knob movable between a first position and a second position, wherein in the first position the first and second alignment structures at certain angles between the stock and the blade align and engage such that a force of the spring device is reduced compared to the force at angles where the first and second alignment structures do not align for stepwise adjustment, and wherein in the second position the second alignment structure is moved axially away from the first alignment structure, whereby the first and second alignment structures are separated from each other, and a first surface associated with the blade is brought into frictional engagement with a second surface associated with the stock for stepless adjustment.

Adjustable square

A stepwise adjustable square for use in carpentry, including: a stock; and a blade rotatable relative to the stock around an axis of rotation between a first extreme position at zero degrees, where the blade is parallel to the stock and partly provided in a space of the stock, and a second extreme position at about 270 degrees, where the blade is substantially perpendicular to the stock.

The invention concerns a roof-mounted bicycle hodler for vehicles. The bicycle holder comprises profiled carrier () on which a bicycle () is intended to be positioned in an upright position, first and second fastening devices (and, respectively) on said profiled carrier () for securing said profiled carrier () on first and second load carrier rails (and, respectively), said rails being attached to said vehicle roof (), and a holding arm () pivotally mounted on said profiled carrier () for pivotal movement essentially between a release position and a securing position in which said holding arm () is attachable to the frame of the bicycle (). The holding arm () is kinetically connected to a stop member () arranged, in response to the pivotal movements of the holding arm (), to be shifted between a blocking position associated with the securing position of the holding arm () and a release position associated with the release position of the holding arm (), said stop member () while in its blocking position securing the attachment of the first fastening device () to respectively the profiled carrier () and the first load-carrier rail () and while in its release position allowing said fastening devices to move apart.
