A display device includes pixel areas each having an emission area, and a pixel in each of the pixel areas and including a display element part. The display element part includes a first insulating layer on a substrate, a light emitting element on the first insulating layer and each having first and second ends, a first layer on the first insulating layer and the light emitting element and contacting a first area of each of the first and second ends of the light emitting element, a second layer on the light emitting element and contacting a second area of each of the first and second ends of the light emitting element, and an interlayer insulating layer between the first layer and the second layer. The first layer and the second layer include a semiconductor material.

A display device may include a first pixel, a second pixel, a first data line electrically connected to the first pixel, a second data line electrically connected to the second pixel and electrically insulated from the first data line, a first signal wire electrically connected to the first data line, a second signal wire electrically connected to the second data line, and a connecting wire electrically connecting the second data line to the second signal wire. The connecting wire may include a first section and a second section. The second section may be directly connected to the first section, may overlap the first pixel, may overlap the first data line, and may be oblique relative to each of the first data line and the second data line in a plan view of the display device.

Display device

A stretchable display device includes a display area having stretchable display units each including first islands on which pixels are disposed and first cut-out grooves between the first islands. A peripheral area is adjacent to the display area, the peripheral area includes stretchable peripheral units each including first lines on which driving circuits are disposed and first opening portions between the first lines. A buffer area is disposed between the display area and the peripheral area. The buffer area includes stretchable buffer units each including second islands, second cut-out grooves between the second islands, second lines connected to the second islands, and second opening portions between the second lines. Shapes of the second cut-out grooves may be different from shapes of the first cut-out grooves, and shapes of the second opening portions may be different from shapes of the first opening portions.

An emission driver includes stages including a first group of stages. Each of the stages of the first group among the stages include a first carry signal output component that outputs a carry signal having a turn-on level based on a voltage of a first node, and outputs the carry signal having a turn-off level based on a voltage of a second node; a first emission signal output component that outputs an emission signal having a turn-on level based on the voltage of the first node, and outputs the emission signal having a turn-off level based on the voltage of the second node; a first node voltage setting component that sets the voltage of the first node; and a second node voltage setting component that sets the voltage of the second node.

Emission driver and display device including the same

A display device is provided. The display device comprises a display panel having a display region and a non-display region, wherein the display panel is bent along a first bending line extending in a first direction and a second bending line extending in a second direction crossing the first direction, an outer profile of the non-display region forms a corner portion of the display panel, and the corner portion is symmetrical with respect to an extension line that bisects an angle formed by the first bending line and the second bending line.

A display device includes a display portion having a substantially rectangular area with rounded edges in which a plurality of data lines are arranged. The display device includes a first area corresponding to a rounded edge part and a second area corresponding to a straight edge part adjacent to the first area. A data driving circuit includes a plurality of output channels configured to output data voltages. Odd-numbered output channels output data voltages according to a sequential arrangement of data lines in the second area. Even-numbered output channels output data voltages according to a reverse sequential arrangement of data lines in the first area.

Display device having data lines in rounded edge and straight edge parts

A display device according to an exemplary embodiment of the invention includes: a substrate; an active pattern including a semiconductor material disposed on the substrate; a first conductive layer disposed on the active pattern, the first conductive layer including a plurality of scan lines and a driving gate electrode; a second conductive layer disposed on the first conductive layer, the second conductive layer including an initialization voltage line to transmit an initialization voltage; a third conductive layer disposed on the second conductive layer, the third conductive layer including a driving voltage line to transmit a driving voltage; a fourth conductive layer disposed on the third conductive layer, the first conductive layer including a first data line that transmits a data signal; and a pixel electrode layer disposed on the fourth conductive layer, the pixel electrode layer including a plurality of pixel electrodes, wherein the third conductive layer includes a connection member that is electrically connected with the initialization voltage line, and the first data line includes a projecting portion that extends in a direction away from the connection member.
