A method and system for establishing the ISC session among one or more communication devices for a content viewing and/or a communication to enable integration of the content viewing and the communication is provided. The integration or convergence of the content viewing and the communication provides an immersive user experience to one or more ISC users in the ISC environment participating in the ISC session including a self ISC session, a one to one ISC session or a group ISC session. The method allows an initiator ISC client to append one or more first parameters in a first SIP INVITE for the content viewing and one or more second parameters in a second SIP INVITE for the communication. Method and system for integrating content viewing and communication in immersive social centre session

A method and system for establishing an integrated group Immersive Social Center (ISC) session for a content viewing and a communication by an ISC server to deliver contents associated with a content interest is disclosed. The group ISC session is established for a pre-defined group created with members indicating interest in the group ISC session initiated by an initiator ISC client. The method allows the ISC server to receive the content interest from an initiator ISC client. Further, the members of the pre-defined group can schedule time for the integrated group ISC session. The content interest received from the initiator ISC client is selected by the ISC user of the initiator ISC client from a personalized contents list, based on static preference or on demand preference of the ISC user, sent by the ISC server or an ISC XML Document Server (XDMS).

Method and system for establishing integrated group ISC session based on content interest

The embodiments of the present invention disclose a system and method for enabling Enhanced Visual Calls (EVC). The system includes an EVC client provided in a User Device to access network-based EVC functional components and device-based functional components to enable a user to request for EVC services, and an EVC server configured for authentication and processing of one or more EVC service requests received from the EVC client, accessing an EVC XML Document Management Server (XDMS) for retrieving a visual web content and an audio content related to the received one or more EVC service requests, synchronizing the visual web content with the audio content to provide the EVC client with a visual Interactive Voice Response (IVR) menu related to the audio content, and transmitting, to the EVC client, the visual IVR menu related to the one or more EVC service requests for displaying at the user device.
