Disclosed is an electronic device including a display; a rear plate including a conductive material; a side member including a conductive material and disposed to surround a space between the display and the rear plate; a printed circuit board disposed between the display and the rear plate; an antenna pattern at least partially disposed between the printed circuit board and the rear plate and at a position corresponding to a slit between the rear plate and the side member; and a communication module which generates a communication signal transmitted to a power feeding unit. A portion of the antenna pattern may be electrically connected to the power feeding unit. Another portion of the antenna pattern may be electrically connected to a ground region of the printed circuit board. The power feeding unit may be connected to a portion of the side member. Various other embodiments are possible.

Electronic device comprising conductive housing and antenna

According to an example embodiment of the present disclosure, an electronic device may comprise: a display module comprising a display, a conductive part comprising a conductive material, a wireless communication circuit, and a dielectric. The conductive part may be included in a housing forming the external appearance of the electronic device. The conductive part may include a conductive region which may face and overlap a portion of the front surface of the display module to cover a portion of the front surface of the display module. The wireless communication circuit may be configured to transmit and/or receive a signal in a selected or designated frequency band through the conductive part. The dielectric may be disposed between a portion of the front surface of the display module and the conductive region of the conductive part. An air gap may be provided between the dielectric and a portion of the front surface of the display module or between the dielectric and the conductive region.

An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes a first housing comprising a first space and comprising a conductive portion, a second housing comprising a second space and slidably coupled to the first housing, a flexible display disposed to be supported by the first housing and the second housing and having a display area expanding when being transitioned from a slide-in state to a slide-out state, and a wireless communication circuit disposed in the first space and configured to transmit or receive a wireless signal in a designated frequency band via the conductive portion, wherein the electronic device comprises a conductive stub disposed in the second housing and disposed to be connectable through capacitive coupling to at least a part of the conductive portion in the slide-in state.

An electronic device includes a side surface member, a wireless communication circuit, and a switch circuit. The side surface member includes a first conductive portion coupled to the wireless communication circuit and the switch circuit, a second conductive portion coupled to the switch circuit, and a first non-conductive portion disposed between the first conductive portion and the second conductive portion. An example electronic device including an antenna includes a housing including a first conductive portion, a first support member disposed inside the housing, a printed circuit board disposed on one surface of the first support member and including a wireless communication module, an electronic component electrically connected to the printed circuit board, and a conductive plate supporting the electronic component. The conductive plate is constituted such that a first portion is electrically connected to the wireless communication module and a second portion is electrically connected to the first conductive portion, and thereby broadband radiation characteristics can be provided.

An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes a housing including a first portion formed of a conductive material, a printed circuit board disposed inside the housing and including a ground, a wireless communication circuit disposed to the printed circuit board and configured to supply power to the first portion of the housing through a feeding path, and a switch circuit. The switch circuit may include a first port connected to a first point of the feeding path, a second port connected to a second point of the first portion, and a third port connected to the ground of the printed circuit board.

An electronic device according to an embodiment may include an antenna radiator, a conductive member, a wireless communication circuit configured to feed power to a first point of the conductive member and a second point spaced apart from the first point, and a ground electrically connected to a third point between the first point and the second point of the conductive member, at least a portion of one region of the conductive member including the third point may overlap the antenna radiator, and the wireless communication circuit may be configured to transmit and/or receive a signal of a first frequency band based on a first electrical path formed by feeding power to the first point of the conductive member; and transmit and/or receive the signal of the first frequency band based on a second electrical path formed by feeding power to the second point of the conductive member.
