Disclosed is a method for producing a diene-based graft copolymer resin, and a diene-based graft copolymer resin produced therefrom, the method including: adding, into a reactor, a polymerization solution containing a diene-based rubber polymer, an aromatic vinyl-based monomer, a vinyl cyan-based monomer, a polymerization initiator, and a reaction solvent, and polymerizing the polymerization solution to prepare a polymer; recovering a solution containing unreacted monomers and a reaction solvent from the polymerization solution, dispersing a releasing agent in the recovered solution, and then adding the solution into the front end of a volatilization tank; and removing the unreacted monomers and the reaction solvent from the volatilization tank.

Method for producing diene-based graft copolymer resin and diene-based graft copolymer resin

A thermoplastic resin composition of the present invention includes 65 to 85% by weight of a heat-resistant copolymer (A) containing 76 to 92% by weight of a (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester compound, 1 to 8% by weight of an N-substituted maleimide compound, and 5 to 16% by weight of an aromatic vinyl compound; 10 to 30% by weight of an acrylate-based rubber-aromatic vinyl compound-vinyl cyanide compound graft copolymer (B) containing acrylate-based rubber having an average particle diameter of 50 to 200 nm; and 1 to 15% by weight of an acrylate-based rubber-aromatic vinyl compound-vinyl cyanide compound graft copolymer (C) containing acrylate-based rubber having an average particle diameter of 300 to 600 nm. In this case, in the heat-resistant copolymer (A), the weight ratio of the aromatic vinyl compound to the N-substituted maleimide compound is 1.5 to 8.

The present invention relates to a method for producing a diene-based graft copolymer resin, and a diene-based graft copolymer resin produced therefrom, the method including: mixing an aromatic vinyl-based monomer, a diene-based rubber polymer, and a polymerization initiator to prepare a first reactant; mixing a vinyl cyan-based monomer and an antioxidant to prepare a second reactant; adding and polymerizing the first reactant and the second reactant into a polymerization reactor to prepare a polymer; and removing unreacted monomers in a devolatilization tank.

A thermoplastic resin composition of the present invention includes 55 to 70% by weight of a non-grafted copolymer (A) containing 65 to 83% by weight of a (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester compound, 2 to 12% by weight of an N-substituted maleimide compound, 1 to 6% by weight of a vinyl cyanide compound, and 7 to 17% by weight of an aromatic vinyl compound; 20 to 42% by weight of an acrylate-based rubber-aromatic vinyl compound-vinyl cyanide compound graft copolymer (B) containing acrylate-based rubber having an average particle diameter of 50 to 200 nm; and 1 to 15% by weight of an acrylate-based rubber-aromatic vinyl compound-vinyl cyanide compound graft copolymer (C) containing acrylate-based rubber having an average particle diameter of 300 to 600 nm. Within this range, a thermoplastic resin composition having excellent weather resistance, heat resistance, scratch resistance, and colorability.

Provided is a method of preparing a graft copolymer, which includes: preparing a liquid maleimide-based monomer; preparing a reaction solution including a diene-based rubber polymer, an aromatic vinyl-based monomer, and a vinyl cyan-based monomer; and adding the liquid maleimide-based monomer and the reaction solution to a reactor and carrying out polymerization. The present invention provides a styrene-acrylonitrile (SAN) resin that exhibits significantly improved thermal resistance and, at the same time, can be produced at high productivity and is highly processable and highly moldable; and a method of producing the same by preparing and storing the solution containing a mixture of an N-substituted maleimide monomer and an unsaturated nitrile monomer at a particular temperature, introducing the solution and a styrene polymer into the polymerization reactor separately, and maintaining the first polymerization reactor and the second polymerization reactor at particular respective temperatures, thereby significantly reducing the amounts of oligomers contained in the SAN resin.
