A method of hybrid battery electrical energy output distribution control for an electric vehicle. The method has steps comprising: (A) providing battery data of a high energy density battery and a high power density battery; (B) setting a boundary condition comprising (a) the highest and lowest boundary values of the state of health (SOH) of the batteries, (b) the highest and lowest boundary values of the state of charge (SOC) of the batteries, (c) the highest and lowest boundary values of the charge and discharge rate (C-rate) of the high energy density battery; (C) setting an energy consumption objective function; (D) using a global search algorithm to search and calculate the minimum equivalent energy consumption value under various driving conditions to establish a minimum equivalent energy consumption multi-dimensional table to achieve the output of minimum energy consumption under different driving conditions.

Method of hybrid battery electrical energy output distribution control for electric vehicle

A household energy management and dispatching system includes: a power generation device, converters, an energy storage device, an energy management controller, local servers and a cloud server. Each of the converters is electrically connected to the power generation device, an electricity grid, the energy storage device and the energy management controller, configured to receive a power generation electrical energy or a utility power, and transmitted to the energy storage device and a load. Each of the local servers is electrically connected to each of the converters and configured to read an electrical energy information, a utility power information and an energy storage information. The cloud server is electrically connected to the local servers. The local servers perform an edge computing analysis to obtain an edge information according to the above information. The system is used to provide a buffer to stabilize the grid and power dispatching.

A safety protection device for a battery test system includes a system device, an alternating current changeover switch and a direct current changeover switch. The system device is coupled to a load device. One terminal of the AC changeover switch is coupled to an AC source, the other terminal of the AC changeover switch is coupled to the system device. (b) Whether the electrical state is greater than a first electrical state threshold is determined and charging control based on a first charging mode or a second charging mode on the battery set is performed accordingly. (c) During the charging control on the battery set, at least one temperature difference value is determined based on temperature values of the battery set at different times. (d) Whether the temperature difference value is greater than a first temperature difference threshold is determined and whether to temporarily stop or continue the charging is determined accordingly. (e) During the charging control on the battery set, the electrical state is obtained, and whether the electrical state satisfies a fully-charged criterion is determined and whether to stop or continue the charging control is determined accordingly.

A battery balance management circuit includes an active and passive testing balance bus, a plurality of battery sets, a primary charging converter, a secondary charging system, an electrical load and a battery management system. An external balance management mechanism is utilized to compensate for current loss of the battery set, effectively enabling the battery sets to provide stable large current output.

A single-phase bridgeless insulated power factor adjustment circuit includes an EMI filter module, low-frequency switching diode module, two switches and two insulated voltage transformation modules. The EMI filter module is coupled to an AC power. The low-frequency switching diode module is coupled to the EMI filter module. The two switches are coupled to the low-frequency switching diode module. The two insulated voltage transformation modules are coupled to one of the two switches. With the low-frequency switching diode module being in first ON state, one of the two switches turns on, and one of the two insulated voltage transformation modules turns on. A power factor correction conversion device and control method thereof are adapted to send an AC signal to a power factor correction conversion device, convert the AC signal into a DC signal, and perform power factor correction of the DC signal, so as to change a power factor sent to a back-end load, wherein the control method includes a rectification step, a feedback step, a ripple calculating step, a ripple offsetting step, a logical computation step, a pulse width modulation step and a power factor correcting step. Hence, the second-order ripple component in a feedback signal is eliminated to thereby increase the response speed of the power factor correction conversion device and reduce the distortion rate of the current, thus increasing the power factor sent to the back-end load.
