A pulley device provides a pulley, and a bearing. The pulley has at least one C-shaped pulley part having an inner portion mounted on the bearing, an outer portion having an outer cylindrical surface dedicated to interact with a belt or a chain, and an intermediate portion extending substantially radially between axial ends of inner and outer portions on one axial side of pulley device. A grip surface portion is provided to one surface among the outer cylindrical surface of the outer ring and the inner cylindrical surface of the inner cylindrical portion of the pulley part, the grip surface portion including a plurality of indentations and recesses.

Pulley device, in particular for tensioning idler or runner roller

A Pulley device for a tensioning or winding roller for a transmission element including a pulley, and a rolling bearing provided with a rotating outer ring, the pulley being mounted on an outer surface of the outer ring, a fixed inner ring, the rings being coaxial and forming a radial space between them, and at least one row of rolling elements arranged in the radial space. The pulley device further includes at least one annular protection flange with a radial body. The flange is fixed to the rotating outer ring by crimping an axially protruding portion of the pulley towards an outer edge of the flange.

Pulley device for a tensioning or winding roller

The pulley device provides a pulley and a bearing. The pulley has two C-shaped pulley parts having each an inner portion mounted on the bearing, an outer portion having an outer cylindrical surface dedicated to interact with a belt or a chain, and an intermediate portion extending substantially radially between axial ends of inner and outer portions on one axial side of pulley device. Free ends of outer portions each include a hook-shaped portion. A first one of the hook-shaped portions axially overlapping a second one of the hook-shaped portions. The hook-shaped portions configured to cooperate together in order to attach one outer portion to the other.

A pulley device provides a pulley and a bearing. The pulley has at least one C-shaped pulley part having an inner portion mounted on the bearing, an outer portion having an outer cylindrical surface dedicated to interact with a belt or a chain, and an intermediate portion extending substantially radially between axial ends of inner and outer portions on one axial side of pulley device. The outer cylindrical surface of outer ring is provided with at least one material deformation forming an axial stop for the pulley.

The cam follower roller device provides a tappet body, a pin and a roller mounted on the pin. The tappet body provides holes for mounting pin ends of the pin on the tappet body. The device further provides one deformable ring disposed between each pin end of the pin and an inner wall of the associated hole of the tappet body.

Cam follower roller device

The cam follower roller device comprises a body, a shaft mounted on the body, and a roller mounted on the said shaft in a rotationally movable manner and comprising two end faces. Each of the said faces is arranged at least in part axially facing an inner wall of the body. At least one of the end faces of the roller and/or at least one of the said inner walls of the body comprise an antifriction and wear-resistant coating.

Cam follower roller device, notably for an internal combustion engine fuel injection pump, comprising a tappet () and a roller () mounted to rotate on the tappet and intended to press against a cam. The tappet () comprises a roller support body (), a shaft () for mounting the roller on the said body, and a guide sleeve () attached to the support body and at least partially surrounding the said body. The ends of the shaft are fixed in through-holes in the support body.

Disengageable pulley device comprising a pulley mounted on a shaft by means of a rolling bearing and of a freewheel, the pulley comprising a rim mounted on the periphery of a one-piece outer race of substantially tubular shape comprising, on an inner surface, at least one raceway for rolling elements and at least one contact seat of cylindrical revolution for lock-up elements of the freewheel, a one-piece inner race forming a torque transmission shaft and including, on an outer surface coming opposite the outer race, at least one raceway for the rolling elements and at least one contact seat of cylindrical revolution for the lock-up elements of the freewheel.
