A display apparatus may include a substrate, a display element disposed above the substrate, an encapsulation layer disposed above the display element and including an inorganic encapsulation layer and an organic encapsulation layer, and a touch-sensing layer disposed above the encapsulation layer. The touch-sensing layer may include a first insulating layer including a side surface inclined with respect to a top surface of the encapsulation layer and including an organic material. The touch-sensing layer may include a conductive layer including sensing electrodes, and a second insulating layer covering the conductive layer and including a refractive index that may be different from that of the first insulating layer.

Display apparatus

A display device including a plurality of pixels over a substrate, the display device includes: a pixel-defining layer covering edges of a first electrode of each of the plurality of pixels; a first spacer arranged on the pixel-defining layer and including a first portion and a second portion, the first portion of the first spacer having a width increasing toward the substrate, and the second portion of the first spacer being arranged between the first portion of the first spacer and the substrate and having a width decreasing toward the substrate; and a first hole arranged apart from the first electrode between the plurality of pixels, the first hole being formed in the second portion of the first spacer and the pixel-defining layer.

Display device and method of manufacturing the same

Provided is a display device that includes a display panel including a plurality of light emitting areas and a non-light emitting area between the light emitting areas, an insulating layer disposed on the display panel, a first conductive pattern overlapping the non-light emitting area and directly disposed on the insulating layer, a color filter layer overlapping the light emitting areas and disposed on the insulating layer, a first insulating layer disposed on the first conductive pattern and the color filter layer and in which opening parts overlapping the light emitting areas are defined, and a second conductive pattern overlapping the non-light emitting area and disposed on the first insulating layer.

Display device

A display apparatus includes a display module including a display surface. The display module includes a display panel including a plurality of display devices which displays an image on the display surface, a plurality of light concentration lenses arranged on the display panel, a buffer layer disposed on the light concentration lenses, and a plurality of diffraction patterns arranged at regular intervals on the buffer layer, where the diffraction patterns diffract a portion of lights incident thereto.

A display device may include a first electrode, a pixel defining layer disposed on the first electrode, the pixel defining layer having a pixel opening that exposes the first electrode, an emission layer disposed in the pixel opening and on the first electrode, a second electrode disposed on the emission layer, a first refractive layer disposed on the second electrode and being an organic refractive layer, a second refractive layer disposed on the first refractive layer and being an organic refractive layer, the second refractive layer having a first opening that overlaps the pixel opening, and a third refractive layer disposed on the second refractive layer, the third refractive layer having a second refractive index greater than a first refractive index of the second refractive layer.

A display apparatus including a display substrate, a light-emitting device on the display substrate, an encapsulation substrate on the light-emitting device and bonded to the display substrate, and a diffraction-grating layer on a top surface of the encapsulation substrate, wherein the diffraction-grating layer includes a plurality of diffraction patterns spaced apart from one another by a predetermined distance, and each of the plurality of diffraction patterns has a stacked structure of a lower layer and an upper layer, wherein the lower and upper layers include different materials.

A display device includes a display substrate, a light-emitting device, an encapsulation layer over the display substrate and encapsulating the light-emitting device, a filling layer on the encapsulation layer, a first cover layer on the filling layer, an opposite substrate on the first cover layer, and a diffraction grating layer disposed between the first cover layer and the opposite substrate, wherein the diffraction grating layer includes a plurality of diffraction patterns spaced apart from each other by a certain distance, and the plurality of diffraction patterns protrude from the surface of the opposite substrate in a direction perpendicular to the opposite substrate, and the surface of the opposite substrate faces the display substrate.

A photo mask includes a transparent substrate, a transflective member, and a light shielding member. The transparent substrate has a transflective region including a first region, a second region located in opposing lateral portions of the first region, and an edge region located adjacent to the first and second regions, and a light shielding region surrounding the transflective region. The transflective member is disposed in the first, second and edge regions under the transparent substrate, and has a different light transmittance in each of the first, second and edge regions. The light shielding member is disposed in the light shielding region under the transparent substrate, and defines an opening which exposes the transflective region. The light shielding member includes a long side extending in a first direction parallel to an upper surface of the transparent substrate and a short side extending in a second direction.
