A method of preparing a conductive composite includes immersing a porous base material in a conductive coating solution, and drying the conductive coating solution on the porous base material to form a conductive coating layer on the porous base material. The conductive coating solution includes conductive particles and a solvent, and the surface tension of the solvent is lower than the surface tension of the porous base material by 8 mN/m or more, and a conductive composite is prepared therefrom.

Provided herein are a thermoelectric material and a method for preparing the same. The thermoelectric material may include a plurality of grains formed by a chemical bond between a first element and a second element, a graphene-based material; and metal particles. A thermoelectric nanocomposite is provided. The thermoelectric nanocomposite includes: a matrix having n-type semiconductor characteristics and comprising Mg, Si, Al, and Bi components, and a nanoinclusion comprising Bi and Mg components. The thermoelectric nanocomposite has significantly increased thermoelectric energy conversion efficiency by simultaneously having an increased Seebeck coefficient and a decreased thermal conductivity, such that the thermoelectric nanocomposite is usefully used to implement a thermoelectric device having high efficiency.
