A glow plug includes a heating rod (), a plug body () having a receiving housing () of the heating rod, a receiving sleeve () which is fixed rigidly and impermeably to the proximal portion of the heating rod, and a load sensor (). The receiving sleeve () has a distal extremity portion which is turned up on the proximal side towards the exterior, and connected rigidly and impermeably to the plug body, so as to form a turned-up part () which is elastic in flexion and impermeable.

A glow plug includes a heating rod (), a plug body, a mounting device for mounting the heating rod, permitting axial translation movements of the heating rod relative to the plug body, a load sensor which is interposed between the heating rod and the plug body, and an electrical link, called the sensor link (), which includes at least one signal line (). The sensor link includes an earth conductive layer () which is interposed radially between the electrical power supply link of the heating rod and each signal line, to form a screening.

A glow plug includes a heating rod (), a plug body () having a receiving housing () of the heating rod, a mounting device () for mounting the heating rod, permitting axial translation movements of the heating rod relative to the plug body and ensuring impermeability between the heating rod and the plug body, a load sensing sleeve () which extends around the proximal portion () of the peripheral metal tube () of the heating rod in the proximal zone () of the receiving housing, directly adjoining axially the mounting device () axially on the proximal side.
