A flexible package for storing and transporting bulk goods. Such flexible package can have material-impermeable connections for spreading out sections of the flexible package wall so as to correspond to a predefined shape. One or more docking connections for filling and discharging can be included. The flexible package can have a square bottom and adjacent to the sides thereof triangular stubs as lateral walls. Together, such lateral walls can form an upwardly open pyramid shape. Opposite the bottom, a coupling element can be connected in such a manner that it presents the flexible package so as to be sealable in a standardized manner on open-sided ends of the lateral walls.

The receiving region is sealed such that a discharge opening formed by a knife () allows the container () to be discharged while being completely sealed off to the exterior.

Discharge method and discharge device for discharging an at least partially flexible container without contamination

A closure having two profile strips for an at least partially flexible container for connecting a first container to a second container in a manner sealed against the environment in a such a way that a closed docking position can be obtained. Further the closure provides for conducting a flow in a sealed manner against the environment in a flow direction through the closure from the first container into the second container in such a way that an open docking position can be obtained. According to the described system, the second container facing the first container is designed with an identical closure that engages in the closure of the first container in the open docking position and forms a channel for the flow in the flow direction together with the closure.

Environmentally sealed docking device and method, having a zipper and a slide

A dual flap device for the environmentally tight connection of two receptacles is provided with two housing halves, which can be releasably connected. Each housing half accommodates a flap, which is pivotable by way of a half shaft. In a connected position of the dual flap device, the housing halves and the flaps rest against each other and are tensioned against one another, respectively. The half shafts of the two flaps unite to form a mutual shaft having a rotational axis. Thus, using a locking device, both flaps can be pivoted between a closed position and an open position by way of the mutual shaft. A first housing half is provided with a locking device, at least on one side, located in axial extension of the respective half shaft, which makes it possible to switch the dual flap device between an unlocked and a locked position.

Dual flap device for the environmentally tight connection of two receptacles

A method for contamination-free docking of a first at least partially flexible receptacle to a second at least partially flexible receptacle. The receptacles include, at least in part, films having outer sides that can be solidly welded, and inner sides can be detachably welded. According to the described system, a solid connection between the receptacles is produced outside the detachably welded inner sides in order to create a channel between the receptacles. The channel is opened by loosening the connection between the inner sides.
