The plasma display device including a plasma display panel, a chassis base disposed substantially parallel to the plasma display panel, and a thermally conductive medium which is disposed between the plasma display panel and the chassis base, and closely adhered to both the plasma display panel and the chassis base. The thermally conductive medium is formed out of gel-like adhesive materials.

Plasma display device having efficient heat conductivity

A PDP module packing apparatus includes PDP module packing units, each unit including a support member and a coupling unit for coupling a PDP module to a respective support member for supporting and preventing deformation of the PDP module; and shock absorbing units for receiving and supporting several PDP module packing units, a respective shock absorbing unit being locatable at each of upper and lower ends of the PDP module packing units and receiving one of the upper and lower ends for maintaining spacing between PDP module packing units, and absorbing mechanical shock. Thus, PDP modules can be safely shipped to a destination without receiving external vibration and shock in the PDP module packing apparatus.

Packing apparatus for plasma display panel module

A plasma display device including a plasma display panel, a chassis base disposed in parallel with the plasma display panel, and a heat conductive media disposed between the plasma display panel and the chassis base. The heat conductive media is disposed such that a heat conductive rate is varied according to a location of the plasma display panel or the chassis base.

Heat dissipating plasma display device

A plasma display device including a plasma display panel, a chassis base proceeding substantially parallel to the plasma display panel, and a heat conductive medium closely adhered to the plasma display panel and the chassis base while being disposed between the plasma display panel and the chassis base. The side of the heat conductive medium facing the plasma display panel and/or chassis base is provided with a plurality of prominent portions. Depressed portions are disposed between the prominent portions to remove the gap between the heat conductive medium and the respective plasma display panel and/or chassis base. Contact area enlargement members are formed at the prominent portions to improve the attachment efficiency of the heat conductive medium to the respective plasma display panel and/or chassis base.
