Force detector (5) fitted with a blade carrying a strain gauge (12) and with a fixed support (10) and a mobile support (11) in which are respectively accommodated a first and second end of the said blade, the relative displacements of the two supports enabling the forces applied to the mobile support to be detected. In order to accommodate at least one of the said ends in its own support, the said support comprises a U-shaped member (13), between the two branches of which is inserted the said end bearing on slightly elastic contacts. A tactile screen is formed with the help of a plurality of such force detectors accommodated in a mobile plate (22) and a fixed frame (21). By coupling the two latter elements by means of suspensions (24.sub.1, 24.sub.2) and elastic fasteners (25.sub.1, 25.sub.2), the pressure forces acting on the mobile plate are, in a vertical position, decoupled from the intrinsic weight of the latter.

Optical viewing or projection device, comprising at least two objectives (L.sub.1 L.sub.2) whose optical axes (x.sub.1 x'.sub.1 ; x.sub.2 x'.sub.2) are parallel to a general axis of symmetry (xx') of the device, endowed with a focusing system permitting the formation of images or viewing in a fixed reference plane (P'.sub.0), by means of simultaneous translation of the objectives in parallel to the general axis of symmetry, and comprising means for reducing the parallax produced by the objectives, the means for reducing the parallax including a system of parallel-faced plates (M.sub.1 M.sub.2) which has the general axis of symmetry (xx') of the optical device as its axis of symmetry, wherein a parallel-faced plate is placed between each objective (L.sub.1, L.sub.2) and the fixed reference plane (P'.sub.0) and wherein each plate is inclined to the optical axis of the objective to which it is applied at an angle determined as a function of the thickness and of the refractive index of the material of the plate, and as a function of the focal lengths and of the distance between objectives, to produce a constant transverse offset of the points in the fixed reference plane which are conjugates of the points of the general axis of symmetry of the device, whatever the position of these points on this axis, the means for reducing the parallax additionally include a system (10, 11, 12, 3, 4) permit correlation of the rotation of the parallel-faced plates with a system for focusing the objectives.

The invention relates to a crucible for the growth of epitaxial layers of chemical compounds formed from several chemical elements by means of epitaxial growth from the liquid phase comprising an elongated support (72), on which a movable part (73) slides longitudinally, the elongated support comprising at least one recess for accommodating a substrate (76) on which is to be deposited at least one epitaxial layer, the movable part comprising at least one cavity (77) receiving a mother source (79) formed from initial epitaxy materials, the cavity having on the surface adjoining the elongated support a lower opening whose dimensions correspond to the dimensions of the substrate (76) present therein. It is characterized in that the movable part (73) has throughout its length a longitudinal groove (81) on the surface which slides longitudinally on the elongated support, this groove having a depth slightly exceeding the irregularities of the substrate and sufficiently small in order that the mother source cannot pass by means of a capillary effect and a width smaller than the dimensions of the substrate in order that the latter cannot penetrate into it, and in that the recess of the elongated support accommodates an elevator (75) on which the substrate is placed, which holds the latter positioned on the lateral edges (82) of the groove (81), the elevator (75) being held in place by means of a small force developed by a pressure system, more particularly as asymmetrical lever (90) movable about an axis or a spring (85) of quartz.

An electrode and a recording head made of a plurality of electrodes. Each electrode has a mounting portion and a flexible portion having a resilient tongue and an arm provided with a recording tip on its end, all formed by a thin unitary metal plate. The insulated and assembled electrodes together constitute the recording head. The electrodes are aligned by means of two members which project through holes in the mounting portions of the electrodes, and recesses aligned in an edge of each electrode form a groove for an electrical connection plate.
