A turbomachine roller bearing that supports a shaft constituted by a trunnion of a shaft line of a high-pressure spool of a turbomachine to rotate relative to a stationary support that is connected to a casing of the turbomachine, said bearing comprising rollers inserted between an outer ring disposed adjacent to the stationary support and an inner ring disposed adjacent to the high-pressure trunnion, the inner ring extending along the axis beyond a downstream end of the high-pressure trunnion to which it is secured by clamping means, and being provided with anti-rotation means for preventing said inner ring from rotating relative to the high-pressure trunnion.

Turbomachine with a compact roller bearing

A sealing device for sealing between two static portions of a turbomachine includes a brush gasket formed by a plurality of resilient bristles which are, at least in part, held in a housing. Each bristle has a main portion and a secondary portion interconnected by a bent portion. The secondary portion has a free end ensuring leaktight contact with a surface that is to be sealed of the other static portion. The sealing device further includes a flexible washer of bent section which has a free end bearing both against the free ends of the secondary portions of the bristles of the brush gasket, and against the surface that is to be sealed so that the free ends of the secondary portions of the bristles of the brush gasket are permanently in contact with the surface that is to be sealed.

A rolling bearing defines a separation between an oil enclosure and an air enclosure. The bearing includes rolling elements defining a first side opening and a second side opening, and includes an annular junction piece having an annular contact surface with the structural piece. An oil film is disposed at the annular contact surface between the structural piece and the junction piece and is laterally defined by at least two sealing rings. A sealing device covers at least part of the first side opening. A first oil circulation device feeds the oil film with oil and feeds the rolling elements beside the oil enclosure with oil from the oil film. A second oil circulation device, independent of the first, recovers the oil used for lubricating the rolling elements and is arranged in such a manner as to avoid oil flowing towards the air enclosure.

Oil-damped sealed rolling bearing

A rolling bearing for a turbomachine supporting a first shaft to rotate relative to a second shaft, and comprising: a plurality of rolling elements engaged between an inner annular ring mounted on the second shaft and an outer annular ring mounted on the first shaft; an oil film formed at an annular contact surface between said outer ring and said first shaft; at least one duct passing through said inner ring and opening out in an inner race for said rolling elements in order to lubricate them; and at least one additional duct passing through said inner ring and opening out outside the inner race in order to feed oil through said outer ring to said oil film under the effect of the centrifugal force generated by said second shaft rotating, said outer ring having an annular shoulder projecting radially towards the inside of said annular space, said shoulder having at least one channel opening out substantially in register with said additional duct and opening out into said oil film.

Oil-damped rolling bearing

A lubricant drainage circuit outside a roller bearing is fitted such that an output draining through a drained ring is controlled by providing drainage channels crossing the ring and having different inclinations in a circumferential direction of the drained ring.
