A radar system, which includes an antenna for sending and/or receiving radar signals and a circuit board including at least one high-frequency component and an element for sending and/or receiving high-frequency signals. The antenna includes at least one press-in pin, which is introduced into the antenna. At least one sleeve is situated on/at the circuit board, into which the press-in pin is inserted. The at least one press-in pin cooperates with the at least one sleeve in such a way that, when the antenna is being pushed onto the circuit board, the press-in pin is pressed into the at least one sleeve and deforms, providing fixation.

Radar system

A method for manufacturing a radar sensor. In the method, a circuit board is provided. A surface of the circuit board is equipped with a radar transceiver. A waveguide structure made of plastic material is provided. Waveguide channels including at least one metallic conductively coated side wall in the waveguide structure and an open side are formed. The waveguide structure is soldered to a surface of the circuit board, the open side being oriented in the direction of the circuit board.

Method for manufacturing a radar sensor

An assortment of radar sensors in different variant embodiments. Each radar sensor has: a housing terminated by a radome, a circuit board that is equipped on the side facing away from the radome with at least one radio-frequency module, and an antenna structure on the side of the circuit board facing the radome. The housing is realized identically in all variant embodiments. The antenna structure has a planar antenna structure in at least one variant embodiment, and has a hollow conductor structure in at least one variant embodiment.

Assortment of radar sensors

A high-frequency circuit including a circuit board which bears at least one electronic component and a conductor structure, and including a waveguide structure manufactured separately from the circuit board. The waveguide structure is positioned on the circuit board in such a way that high-frequency signals are transferable between the conductor structure on the circuit board and the waveguide structure. The waveguide structure is held with the aid of press-fit pins on the circuit board.

A fluid sensor includes a metal housing body, which has a box and a flanged ring circumferentially surrounding the box. A housing jacket is formed from plastic material and disposed on an exterior side of the housing body. A sealing ring, which is situated circumferentially on top of the flanged ring, subdivides the housing jacket into two sections that are insulated from each other.

A peripheral pressure sensor for a motor vehicle has a sensor chip and a gasket sealing a sensing unit of the sensor chip from the surroundings, which gasket has a pressure channel through which pressure information is transmitted to the sensing unit of the sensor chip. The peripheral pressure sensor is made by an injection molding method in which an opening in the gasket is placed on the sensing unit of the sensor chip, and subsequently an assembly of the sensor chip and the gasket is surrounded by extrusion coating such that an outer edge opposite the sensing unit and/or an outer opening in the gasket remains at least partially free.
