The present disclosure relates to a camera device light-trap arrangement () that comprises a lens opening (), adapted to receive a camera lens assembly (), and a rim border () that is adapted to abut a vehicle windshield () and has a width (w) that extends between an outside edge () and an inside edge (). The rim border () circumvents an area (A) inside the inside edge () and comprises a first plurality of channels (') that fluidly connect the outside edge () and the inside edge () when the rim border () is mounted to abut a vehicle windshield (). Each channel (′) comprises inner walls () and an open side () that is adapted to face a windshield (). Vehicle camera assemblies comprising novel mounting interfaces. In some embodiments, the assembly may comprise a camera housing configured for being mounted to a vehicle having a plurality of protruding coupling members extending therefrom. Each of the plurality of protruding coupling members may comprise a curved surface that may, for example, define curves in two planes perpendicular to one another. The assembly may further comprise a bracket configured for being coupled with the camera housing. The bracket may comprise a plurality of clips configured to releasably receive the plurality of protruding coupling members to releasably couple the camera housing to the bracket.
