The present disclosure provides a sound generating device, which includes a frame, a vibration system, and a magnetic circuit system. The vibration system includes a membrane and a dome. The membrane includes a vibrating part, a suspension, a fixing part, and a first through hole, the frame, the membrane, and the magnetic circuit system form an inner sound cavity communicated with the first through hole. The dome is fixed to the vibrating part, and includes a first body layer, a second body layer, and an air-permeable isolating piece sandwiched between the first body layer and the second body layer. The first body layer defines a second through hole communicating with the first through hole, the second body layer defines a third through hole communicating with the second through hole. The air-permeable isolating piece covers the second through hole and the third through hole.

Sound generating device

The present invention provides a loudspeaker, which includes a frame, and a vibration system and a magnetic circuit system, the vibration system includes a membrane and a voice coil, the vibration system further includes a yoke, and a main magnet assembly and a side magnet assembly, the side magnet assembly is spaced apart from the main magnet assembly to form a magnetic gap, and an end of the voice coil away from the membrane is suspended in the magnetic gap. The side magnet assembly includes a side magnet, and a first pole plate, the first pole plate is spaced apart from the membrane to form a spacing communicated with the magnetic gap, the loudspeaker further includes a leakage channel, one end of the leakage channel is communicated with the spacing, and another end of the leakage channel is communicated with an outside of the loudspeaker.

Loudspeaker

The present disclosure provides a sound generating device, which includes a frame, a vibration system, and a magnetic circuit system. The vibration system includes a membrane, a dome, and an air-permeable isolating piece. The membrane is fixed to the frame and configured to define an inner sound generating cavity together with the frame and the magnetic circuit system. The vibrating membrane includes a vibrating part, a suspension, and a fixing part, the vibrating part defining a first through hole communicated with the inner sound generating cavity. The dome is attached to a side of the vibrating part, and the dome defines a second through hole communicating with the first through hole. The air-permeable isolating piece is attached to a side of the dome, and a side of the air-permeable isolating piece is sunken to form a leakage groove communicating with the second through hole.

A speaker includes a shell, a magnetic circuit unit, and a vibration unit. The magnetic circuit unit includes a yoke and a magnet. The yoke includes a bottom wall connected to the magnet. The bottom wall includes an upper surface close to the vibration unit, and a lower surface opposite to the upper surface. A first groove and a second groove that are spaced apart from each other are formed on the upper surface by recessing towards the lower surface. An orthographic projection of the magnet on the upper surface along a vibrating direction of the vibration unit completely covers the first groove. The second groove is arranged outside the orthographic projection. The magnet and the bottom wall are glued and connected by a glue. The glue is received in the first groove. In the speaker, the magnet is firmly connected and is unlikely to be detached.

Speaker

An adhering portion of an electroacoustic sound generator provided by the present disclosure, for engaging a front cover and a diaphragm, includes a thickened layer for coupling with the diaphragm, which effectively avoid the glue from overflowing. The hardness of the front cover is 150&#x2dc;200 HV, which makes it easier to manufacture the thickened layer.

Electroacoustic sound generator

A speaker is provided. The speaker includes: a vibration unit; a magnetic circuit unit configured to drive the vibration unit to vibrate and emit sound, and a frame for fixing the magnetic circuit unit. The magnetic circuit unit includes a magnetic frame and a magnet received in the magnetic frame. The magnetic frame comprises a bottom wall connected to the magnet, a side wall formed by extending from the bottom wall while being bent towards the vibration unit, and a positioning boss formed by extending from an outer side of the side wall towards the frame. The positioning boss is positioned to abut against a surface of the frame facing away from the vibration unit. Compared with the related art, the speaker is more convenient in assembling.

Speaker with holder having engaging groove

Provided is a speaker, including a holder, a pad fitted in the holder, and a conductive terminal. The conductive terminal comprises a fixed portion fitted into the holder, an elastic arm, and an engaging portion, an electrical connection portion. The elastic arm comprises an arc-shaped conductive portion connected to the fixed portion, and an extending portion connecting the arc-shaped conductive portion and the electrical connection portion. The arc-shaped conductive portion is spaced apart from the holder and protruding from the holder, the extending portion extends from the arc-shaped conductive portion towards the holder, and an end of the extending portion facing away from the arc-shaped conductive portion is attached to the holder. The engaging portion extends from an edge of an end of the extending portion facing away from the arc-shaped conductive portion while being bent towards the holder, and is engaged in an engaging groove of the holder.

The present disclosure provides a speaker, including a flexible circuit board, a holder, a diaphragm received in the holder, and a voice coil received in the holder and configured to drive the diaphragm to vibrate. The voice coil is electrically connected to the flexible circuit board, and includes an upper surface close to the diaphragm, a lower surface facing away from the diaphragm, and a side surface connecting the upper surface with the lower surface. The flexible circuit board includes a body portion supporting the voice coil. The body portion includes a bottom wall that abuts against the lower surface of the voice coil and an extension portion extending from the bottom wall while being bent towards the diaphragm. The extension portion is attached to and fixed to the side surface.

The present disclosure provides a speaker, including a vibration unit, a magnetic circuit unit for driving the vibration unit to vibrate and emit sound, and a holder for fixing the magnetic circuit unit. The magnetic circuit unit includes a magnetic frame fixed in the holder and a magnet received in the magnetic frame. the magnetic frame includes a bottom wall connected to the magnet, a sidewall extending from the bottom wall while being bent towards the vibration unit, a positioning boss that is formed by die molding from the sidewall, protrudes out of the sidewall and is close to the holder, and a recess formed by recessing from a surface of the sidewall facing the magnet in a direction facing away from the magnet. The recess corresponds to the positioning boss. A size of the recess gradually decreases along a direction facing away from the magnet.

The present disclosure provides a speaker, which includes a frame having receiving space, a magnetic circuit system and a vibration system received in the receiving space. The vibration system includes a diaphragm and a voice coil, the magnetic circuit system includes a lower plate fixed to the frame, a primary magnet fixed on the lower plate, two secondary magnets disposed on both sides of the primary magnet, and an upper plate disposed on the secondary magnet, the upper plate includes a first surface facing towards the diaphragm, a second surface distal from the diaphragm, a fixing groove recessed from the second surface towards the first surface and a fixing hole. The fixing groove includes a bottom surface distal from the second surface. The fixing hole extends from the bottom surface to the first surface. The frame being injection-molded is filled in the fixing groove and the fixing hole.

A speaker is provided. The speaker includes: an electrical connector and a voice coil. The electrical connector includes an elastic arm and a connection portion. The voice coil includes an outer side surface close to the elastic arm and an inner side surface opposite to the outer side surface, each of the joint portions includes a body portion supported at a side of the voice coil facing away from the diaphragm, a first extension portion formed by extending from the body portion and being opposite to the inner side surface, and a second extension portion formed by extending from the body portion and being opposite to the outer side surface, the first extension portion and the second extension portion are spaced apart to form a receiving groove, and the voice coil is sandwiched and fixed in the receiving groove.

A speaker is provided. The speaker includes: an electrical connector and a voice coil. The electrical connector includes an elastic arm spaced apart from the voice coil and joint portions extending from two opposite sides of the elastic arm while being bent towards the voice coil. The joint portions are supported at a side of the voice coil facing away from the diaphragm. Each of the joint portions is provided with a binder portion configured to fix the voice coil to the joint portion. The voice coil includes an outer side surface close to the elastic arm and an inner side surface opposite to the outer side surface. The binder portion is provided at two sides of the voice coil and is bonded with the inner side surface and the outer side surface.

Provided is a speaker including: a holder having a receiving space; a vibration unit received in the receiving space; and a magnetic circuit unit received in the receiving space and configured to drive the vibration unit to vibrate and sound, the magnetic circuit unit comprising a magnetic frame and a magnet received in the magnetic frame. The magnetic frame includes: a bottom wall connected to the magnet; a sidewall formed by extending from the bottom wall while being bent the vibration unit; and a leakage hole penetrating through the magnetic frame. The leakage hole is provided at a position where the bottom wall and the sidewall are connected and is in communication with the receiving space, and the leakage hole comprises a first portion penetrating through the bottom wall and a second portion penetrating through the sidewall, the first portion and the second portion being in communication with each other.

Provided is a speaker, including a holder, a vibration unit and a magnetic circuit unit fixedly held at the holder, and a bayonet portion penetrating through the holder. The vibration unit includes a diaphragm, a voice coil located at a side of the diaphragm and driving the diaphragm to vibrate and emit sound, and a flexible printed circuit board located at a side of the voice coil facing away from the diaphragm and connected to the voice coil. The flexible printed circuit board includes a body portion supporting the voice coil, an extension portion extending from body portion towards bayonet portion and passing through the bayonet portion, and a connecting portion bent and extending from a distal end of the extension portion along an outer side of the holder. The connecting portion is fitted to outer side of holder and used for electrical connection with an external circuit.

The present disclosure provides a speaker, including a holder, a magnetic circuit unit, a vibration unit, and an electrical connection member. The vibration unit includes a diaphragm and a voice coil. The electrical connection member is electrically connected to the voice coil. The magnetic circuit unit includes a yoke. A pad fixed to the holder is formed at an end of the electrical connection member facing away from the voice coil. The yoke includes a bottom plate exposed out of the holder, and a recess is formed at a side of the bottom plate facing away from the diaphragm. The speaker further includes a printed circuit board connected to the pad. The printed circuit board electrically connects the electrical connection member with an external circuit, and the printed circuit board is received in the recess and extends to the pad.
