The present invention provides a drive device including a drive motor. The drive motor includes an end cover, a motor housing, a stator, a rotor, a motor shaft, and a bearing. The drive motor further includes a casing and a first heat-dissipating fan used for dissipating heat for the motor housing. The casing is fixedly mounted on a side of the end cover to contain the motor housing into a chamber formed by the casing. The casing and the motor housing are spaced apart at certain intervals to form a gap between the casing and the motor housing for air flow to pass through. The first heat-dissipating fan is connected to the end of the motor shaft away from the end cover to rotate with the motor shaft. The casing is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet for air flow to pass through.

Drive device

The present invention provides an electric water pump including a drive motor. The drive motor includes a cylinder-shaped motor housing, a stator, a rotor, a motor shaft, and an end cover. The motor housing is fixedly mounted on a side of the end cover. The side of the end cover is also fixedly provided with a cylinder-shaped casing, wherein the motor housing is positioned in the casing. A central axis line of the motor housing coincides with a central axis line of the casing. Another side of the end cover is provided with a pump body having a chamber. An end of the motor shaft away from the end cover is fixedly provided with a heat-dissipating fan, an end of the casing close to the end cover is provided with a first air inlet, and a rear end away from the casing is provided with a first air outlet.

Electric water pump

A stainless steel motor with high weather resistance and high sealing performance comprises a cylindrical housing () made of a stainless steel material. A front end cover () is arranged at one end of the cylindrical housing, and a rear end cover () is arranged at the other end of the cylindrical housing. A rotary shaft hole () is provided in the front end cover. A rotary shaft sealing sleeve () is arranged in the rotary shaft hole, and a rotor shaft () is sleeved in the rotary shaft sealing sleeve (). A first drainage structure is arranged on the front end cover, and a second drainage structure is arranged on the rear end cover. A first wire penetrating hole () and a second wire penetrating hole () are provided in the cylindrical housing. A junction box () located on the outside of the first wire penetrating hole and a capacitor box () provided with a capacitor () and located on the outside of the second wire penetrating hole are arranged on the outer wall of the cylindrical housing. A first sealing structure is arranged between the cylindrical housing and the junction box, and a second sealing structure is arranged between the cylindrical housing and the capacitor box. The motor has the advantages of easy draining and good sealing effect.
