A strain of selenium-enrichedKD-2 and applications in fermented goat milk and goat milk powder are provided in the present disclosure. The strain is preserved in China Center for Type Culture Collection on Apr. 13, 2023, with a deposit number of CCTCC NO: M2023478. TheKD-2 is capable of reducing sodium selenite under a condition of buffer solution to prepare nano-selenium, which does not need to be carried out in a culture medium. TheKD-2 is used to prepare selenium-enriched probiotic fermented goat milk, selenium-enriched probiotics and nano-selenium, and the selenium-enriched probiotics and nano-selenium are applied to goat milk powder.

Disclosed are a strain ofcapable of removing multiple heavy metals and an application thereof in milk powder, where the strain isKD-3, which is deposited in the China Center for Type Culture Collection on Apr. 6, 2023, with a deposit number of CCTCC NO: M2023479. TheKD-3 has a cadmium resistant gene czcD, a chromium resistant gene chrA and a lead resistant gene pbrT, and is capable of tolerating single and compound heavy metals (cadmium, chromium and lead). TheKD-3 of the present disclosure is used to prepare lyophilized bacterial powder.
