The present disclosure relates to a vehicle-mounted woofer device and a design method therefor. The vehicle-mounted woofer device comprises a box body and a woofer disposed in the box body. The woofer comprises a cone. The cone has a front surface facing the interior of a cabin and a rear surface opposite to the front surface. A cavity is formed between the rear surface of the cone and the box body. A main waveguide for communicating the cavity with the outside is disposed in the box body. A secondary waveguide is further disposed in the box body. The main waveguide and the secondary waveguide are each provided with an inlet in communication with the cavity. The main waveguide is provided with an outlet for communicating with the outside of the cabin, and the secondary waveguide is provided with an outlet for communicating with the outside or inside of the cabin. The woofer device of the present disclosure has high sensitivity and relatively obvious low-frequency expansion, and improves the sound pressure level at low frequencies. According to the design method of the present disclosure, more parameters can be adjusted and controlled, and the degree of freedom is greater.

Vehicle-mounted woofer device and design method therefor

Disclosed are a tweeter and an automobile audio system. The tweeter comprises: a bracket; a diaphragm comprising a top portion and an edge ring; a magnetic motor system; and a voice coil. A first cavity is formed between the top portion of the diaphragm, an inner wall of the voice coil, and the magnetic motor system. The bracket has an annular inner flange and an annular outer flange, the edge ring of the diaphragm is connected to the outer flange of the bracket, and the magnetic motor system is connected to the inner flange of the bracket, so that a second cavity is formed between the edge ring of the diaphragm, an outer wall of the voice coil, and the bracket. A through hole is opened on the voice coil, and the first cavity is in communication with the second cavity by the through hole.

Tweeter and automobile audio system

The present disclosure relates to a magnetic circuit of a loudspeaker and a loudspeaker, which can improve the non-linearity of magnetic permeability, thereby reducing the distortion of the loudspeaker. A magnetic circuit comprises a T-yoke with a base and a columnar portion protruding upward from the base, a magnetic steel arranged on the base, and a front sheet arranged on the magnetic steel, wherein the magnetic steel and the front sheet are arranged around a periphery of the columnar portion, and a short-circuit ring is arranged on an inner side of the magnetic steel and/or the front sheet. A first short-circuit ring is provided between the inner wall of the magnetic steel and the outer wall of the columnar portion, and a second short-circuit ring is provided on the inner wall of the front sheet.

Magnetic circuit of loudspeaker and loudspeaker

A mid-range loudspeaker, including a frame, a diaphragm arranged on the frame, a magnetic circuit system arranged on the frame, and a voice coil connected to the diaphragm. The diaphragm includes a honeycomb plate having a front surface and a back surface. Covering films respectively cover the front surface and the back surface of the honeycomb plate. The honeycomb plate is provided with a plurality of holes.

Loudspeaker system

A speaker packaging device. The speaker packaging device comprises a base plate for supporting a plurality of speakers. The speaker packaging device also comprises a series of transverse baffles and a series of pairs of longitudinal baffles. The transverse baffles and the longitudinal baffles interlock over the base plate, forming a matrix of individual cells, or baffle units. Notches are preserved along each longitudinal baffle for accommodating the outer edges of the respective speakers within each baffle unit. In addition, a gap is preserved between adjacent baffle units to further accommodate the outer edges of the respective speakers. The notches are staggered along adjacent baffle units to conserve space.

The grille cover can protect internal component of the pedestrian warning device and will not affect the performance of the pedestrian warning device.

The coaxial loudspeaker comprises a bass unit and a high-pitched unit coaxially arranged, the bass unit comprises a T-iron, a diaphragm and a voice coil connected to the diaphragm. The coaxial loudspeaker further comprises a cabin fixed on the T-iron, a lower portion of the cabin passes through the voice coil to connect with the T-iron, a top end portion of the cabin is located above the diaphragm, the high-pitched unit is arranged on the top end portion of the cabin, and the coaxial loudspeaker further comprises a dust-proof ring having an upper edge connected with the top end portion of the cabin and a lower edge connected with the upper portion of the voice coil.

Implementation method and device of multi-bit modulation-based digital speaker system

A diaphragm is disclosed in the invention, which comprises a one-piece diaphragm body and a plurality of mass blocks mounted on the diaphragm body. Each of the mass blocks substantially has the same radial distance from the center of the diaphragm. The mass blocks are divided into three or more arrays each of which includes one or more mass blocks. the arrays are distributed along the circumference direction of the diaphragm body, and the mass blocks in each array are distributed along the circumference direction of the diaphragm. The mass blocks are elastic and made of materials with internal damping, such as rubber, silicone or foam rubber. At least one of the mass blocks is connected to an annular roll fixed on the peripheral edge of the diaphragm body, and the mass blocks are bonded to the diaphragm body.

The present invention disclosed an all-digital speaker system device based on multi-bit &#x3a3;-&#x394; Modulation, comprising an A/D converter, an interpolation filter, a &#x3a3;-&#x394; modulator, a dynamic mismatch regulator, a differential buffer and a speaker array.
