The present invention provides a delivery device for medical implants. The delivery device has a detachable structure and includes a handle () and a catheter assembly () that are separated from each other. The handle () and the catheter assembly () are connected by a transmission shaft (). By configuring the handle () and the catheter assembly () to be separated from each other, the catheter assembly () has less weight than that of a traditional delivery assembly, so that the operator can position the medical implant and adjust the position of the medical implant by moving only the catheter assembly (). The catheter assembly () is lighter in weight and smaller in size, which improves the stability, precision and accuracy of the operation. Moreover, the impact of vibration and/or movement of the handle () on the catheter assembly () are avoided, which further improves the stability and thus the quality of the operation.

Medical implant conveying device

A delivery device (') for loading, delivering and deploying an implant () includes a handle (), an inner tubular core (), a sheath tube () and a guide tip (). The inner tubular core () is coupled, at a proximal end thereof, to an inner tubular core actuation member arranged in the handle (), and the guide tip () is disposed at a distal end of the inner tubular core () and fixedly connected to a distal end of the sheath tube (). The sheath tube is () sleeved over the inner tubular core (). Here, the proximal end of each component refers to the end thereof closer to the handle (), while the distal end thereof is the end farther away from the handle (). As the sheath tube () is fixedly connected, at the distal end thereof, to the guide tip (), the implant () is loaded at the proximal end of the sheath tube () in the delivery device (′). During deployment of the implant (), the sheath tube () is caused to move toward distal end, that is, the sheath tube () continues moving toward a target site for the implant (), rather than moves backward to the handle (). This can effectively avoid the problems that may arise from retraction of the sheath tube () through a three-dimensionally curved path, such as unstable or even faulty deployment of the implant (), thus allowing deployment of the implant () with enhanced quality.

Delivery device

A balloon dilation catheter, a balloon () and preparation method therefor. The balloon () is prepared by co-mixing at least two of L25, TR55, TR90, and TR70, and has high puncture resistance and low compliance with respect to a balloon () made of a single nylon material. The balloon () is preferably a hollow multilayer structure, and the puncture resistance of the balloon () can be further improved and the compliance can be further reduced with respect to a single-layer structure.

Balloon dilation catheter, balloon and preparation method therefor

A cardiac valve prosthesis, comprising: an expandable valve support provided with multiple fixing holes, an artificial valve provided on the valve support, and a thorn structure comprising an expandable thorn support and multiple thorns. The multiple thorns are provided on the thorn support, and are used for, when the cardiac valve prosthesis is implanted into a cardiac chamber, passing through the multiple fixing holes and penetrating tissue in the cardiac chamber so as to fix the valve support. The thorn structure and the valve support are provided independent of each other so that separate manufacturing and processing thereof can be achieved, and the thorn structure and the valve support work together in a non-connected manner so as to facilitate step-by-step load and release, such that the size of a delivery catheter and the length of the valve support can be effectively reduced, the risk of breakage is reduced, and it also facilitates recovery when the cardiac valve prosthesis is not released in place.

Cardiac valve prosthesis and delivery device thereof

A prosthetic valve delivery catheter and device. The delivery catheter includes an outer sheath assembly and an inner sheath assembly. The outer sheath assembly includes a capsule in which a prosthetic valve can be received and an outer sheath fixedly connected at one end to the capsule. The inner sheath assembly includes an inner sheath and an anchor fixedly connected to the inner sheath. The inner sheath assembly is arranged within a lumen of the outer sheath assembly, and the capsule and the anchor form a circumferentially indexed fit therebetween. With this design, the anchor and the capsule can be driven to rotate under the action of circumferential rotation of the inner sheath, thus the matching between the prosthetic valve and a native valve annulus can be adjusted. Moreover, the capsule can be driven to move axially under actuation of the outer sheath to allow release of the prosthetic valve.

Delivery catheter and delivery device for artificial valve

An implant delivery tube fitting () and an implant delivery system. The implant delivery tube fitting () is used for loading and delivering an implant, and the implant delivery tube fitting () comprises, sequentially from a proximal end to a distal end, an outer tube () and a capsule (). The inner lumen of the capsule () is adapted to receive an implant, and the capsule () is provided at the distal end of the outer tube (). The capsule () has a telescopic structure, and the outer tube () can drive the capsule () to make a telescopic movement so that the capsule () is lengthened or shortened.

Implant delivery tube fitting and implant delivery system

The present application discloses an implant loading apparatus comprising a guider and a guide base. The guider is sleeved on the exterior of the guide base. The guide base comprises a guide column, a connecting section, and a base connected in the axial direction. Fixing sections are provided on either end of the connecting section. The guide base is removably connected to the guider via the fixing sections. The guide base is provided with the two fixing sections that fit the guider to implement twice removable fixing, thus favoring a coaxial operation. A valve stent is neither twisted nor tilted during a compression process, thus increasing loading efficiency, greatly reducing the operation difficulty of a surgery, and allowing the implementation of a single person operation.

Implant loading apparatus

A guide cap and a loading system for loading an implant into a delivery system are disclosed which are capable of simplifying operations required in interventional surgery using the implant. The guide cap has a lumen passing therethrough and includes: a conical section; a straight or conical tube in communication with a small open end of the conical section; and a flange, wherein a large open end of the conical section flares outward and thereby forms the flange. The loading system includes a guider and the guide cap. During the process of loading the implant into the delivery system, the guide cap enables the valve prosthesis to be coupled to the connector of the delivery system and allows the valve prosthesis to be compressed so as to be entirely capsuled in the delivery system with relatively easy and quick operations, thereby reducing surgery time during its clinical use.

A valve prosthesis (), comprising a stent (), a leaflet (), and a skirt (); the stent () comprises an inflow end, an outflow end, and a plurality of wavy segments axially connected; the wavy segments comprise a plurality of reticular structure units disposed circumferentially; the leaflet () and the skirt () are fixed on the stent () respectively; the upper portion of the skirt () is provided with indentations (); the skirt () is fixed with the leaflet () by means of the indentations (); the skirt () further comprises first protrusion portions () extending toward the direction of the outflow end of the stent; one ends of the first protrusion portions () are connected with the indentations (), and the other ends of the first protrusion portions are fixed to the stent (); by such a way, the connection strength of the skirt () and the stent () is enhanced; and besides, when the valve prosthesis () is implanted at a lower position, perivalvular leakage preventing height can be increased by means of the first protrusion portions (), thereby avoiding the leakage of a part of blood from the stent () and further improving the perivalvular leakage preventing effect.

Valve prosthesis

The present application relates to a cardiac valve prosthesis and a stent thereof. The stent comprises an inflow channel, an outflow channel, and a transitional area between the inflow channel and the outflow channel along an axial direction; the outflow channel comprises a cyclic structure and at least two convex structures extending along the axial direction; the at least two convex structures are respectively connected to the end of the cyclic structure distant from the transitional area; a restricted vacant area is formed between adjacent convex structures. The cardiac valve prosthesis and the stent thereof are not only suitable for multiple types of valve replacement, risks of injuries and operation costs are reduced for patients, and the influence of the stent to cardiac functions is minimized.

Cardiac valve prosthesis and stent thereof

A valve stent and a valve prosthesis. The valve stent is in the shape of a mesh tube, and has a compressed state and an expanded state. The valve stent includes an inflow tract structure, a transition tract structure, an outflow tract structure, and a barb structure. The transition tract structure has a fifth end portion, a sixth end portion, and a first middle section. In the expanded state, the diameters of the radial sections of the fifth end portion and the sixth end portion are greater than the diameter of the radial section of the first middle section of the transition tract structure. The outflow tract structure has a seventh end portion and an eighth end portion. The seventh end portion of the outflow tract structure is fixedly connected to the sixth end portion of the transition tract structure, and the eighth end portion is a free end. The barb structure is disposed on the transition tract structure and the outflow tract structure, and protrudes towards the outside of the transition tract structure and/or the outflow tract structure. The valve stent and the valve prosthesis can be stably anchored on natural valves.

Valve stent and valve prosthesis

A mitral valve prosthesis, a tricuspid valve prosthesis and a stent thereof. The stent is configured to support the heart valves of the mitral valve prosthesis and has a contracted configuration for delivery and an expanded configuration for deployment. The stent comprises, along its axial direction, an inflow section, a transition section and an outflow section, and the transition section is connected to the inflow section at one end and to the outflow section at the other end. When in the expanded configuration, the inflow section is located upstream of the outflow section with respect to the blood flow direction. The inflow section is less radially rigid than the outflow section and/or the transition section. Due to such a small radial rigidity, the inflow section can well adapt itself to the anatomy of the native mitral annulus. As a result, its pressure and interference on the aortic valve can be reduced, resulting in a significant decrease in the risk of leading to occlusion of the left ventricular outflow section. Additionally, during the release, the inflow section can adapt itself to changes in the diameter of the stent and thereby buffer radial deformation and axial displacement of the stent during its expansion, thus enhancing the release reliability.

Bicuspid valve prosthesis, tricuspid valve prosthesis, and stent therefor

A stent () used for a heart valve prosthesis and the heart valve prosthesis that includes the stent () and is used for heart valve replacement. The stent is configured to support a heart valve () and includes, along a longitudinal axis, an inflow section (), an outflow section () and a transition section () between the inflow section () and the outflow section (). The stent () has a contracted delivery configuration and an expanded deployed configuration. In the expanded deployed configuration, the inflow section () defines a concave contour that is complementary to a structure of a native valve annulus. The concave contour enables self-deployment and close adherence of the stent (), thereby preventing its displacement and perivalvular leakage after implantation.

Heart valve prosthesis

A dry animal-derived collagen fiber tissue material and preparation method and bioprosthesis thereof are disclosed. The preparation method includes: 1) rinsing of an animal-derived collagen fiber tissue material that has been treated with a crosslinking agent; 2) immersion of the rinsed tissue material in a non-aqueous alcoholic solution for dehydration; 3) successive immersion of the tissue material that has been dehydrated with the non-aqueous alcoholic solution in saccharide solutions of different gradients of concentrations for gradient dehydration; 4) taking out and drying of the gradient dehydrated tissue material; and 5) hermetic packaging of the dried tissue material and sterilization. The preparation method is simple and allows the use of easily-available low-cost materials, resulting in lower costs. In addition, it can reduce the toxicity caused by a residue of the aldehyde crosslinking agent. The prepared biological tissue material is pliable and tough, less prone to bending or warping, has a water content that can be well controlled and better biocompatibility due to absence of polyhydric alcohol residues.

A device and method for loading an implant into a delivery system are disclose which are capable of simplifying operations required in interventional surgery using the implant. The device includes a guide cap (), a guider () and a guiding tube (). The guide cap () has a conical section () and a straight or conical tube () in communication with a small open end () of the conical section, and the conical section has a large open end () that flares outward, thereby forming a flange () facing the tube (). The guider () has tapered sections () that are tapered along an axis of the guider and thus form large and small open ends (). The small open end () has a diameter greater than a diameter of the small open end () of the conical section of the guide cap (). The guide cap () and the guider () are so sized that the flange () can cover and be locked to the guider (), with an end portion of the straight or conical tube () protruding from the small open end () of the guider (). The guiding tube () is a round tube with two open ends, in which the first open end has a diameter greater than the diameter of the small open end () of the conical section of the guide cap and smaller than the diameter of the small open end () of the guider.
