The present invention discloses a transparent OLED device, which comprises a plurality of pixels, each pixel comprising an organic functional layer, a first transparent electrode and a second transparent electrode being disposed on both sides of the organic functional layer, a reflective electrode being disposed on one side of the organic functional layer, the area of the reflective electrode being less than that of the organic functional layer. With regard to the transparent OLED device, by providing a reflective electrode, a combination of a light-emitting device over a microdomain is combined with a transparent light-emitting device, such that the luminance on both sides of a transparent OLED device can be respectively adjusted to be the same or different as required. The present invention can be applied to the field of transparent illumination or display.

Transparent OLED device and display device employing same

The present invention discloses an organic electroluminescence device, comprising a luminescent layer, wherein, a host material of the luminescent layer comprises a thermally activated delayed fluorescence material, the host material is doped by a dye, and the dye comprises at least one phosphorescent dye. The present invention employs a thermally activated delayed fluorescence material, whose difference between the triplet state energy level and the singlet state energy level (&#x394;E) is relatively small. The present invention employs the material as the phosphorescence host, so part of the triplet state exciton level transfers to the singlet state excitons, and the amount of the overall triplet state excitons is smaller. Therefore, the concentration of the triplet state excitons decreases, and the recombination region becomes narrower, which effectively reduces the probability of excitons entering the charge transport layer, and at the same time the narrowing of the recombination region effective prevents the diffusion of N-type dopants into the exciton recombination region. Additionally, by employing the host material, the device corresponds to a low working voltage.

Organic electroluminescent device

The present invention discloses an organic electroluminescent device and a manufacturing method thereof. The host material of the light-emitting layer of the organic electroluminescent device is material in which the triplet state energy level of the CT excited state is higher than that of the n-&#x3c0; excited state by 0 to 0.3 eV; or the triplet state of the host material of the light-emitting layer is higher than that of the n-&#x3c0; excited state by more than 1.0 eV; in addition, the difference in energy level between the second triplet state of the n-&#x3c0; state and the first singlet state of the CT excited state is &#x2212;0.1 to 0.1 eV; and the luminescent dye is a fluorescent dye. With regard to the organic electroluminescent device in the present invention, as new host material in the light-emitting layer is used and the host material has a donor group and an acceptor group, the triplet state in the light-emitting layer may be fully utilized to achieve a 100% light-emitting efficiency in the fluorescent device. Furthermore, no noble metal is required to be used, thus reducing the cost.

Organic electroluminescent device and method for manufacture thereof

Disclosed are an organic electroluminescent device and a preparation method thereof. The organic electroluminescent device comprises an anode, a hole transport layer, an organic light-emitting layer, an electron transport layer and a cathode. An organic metal complex and an active metal compound are doped in the electron transport layer, wherein the active metal compound is an alkali metal complex, an alkali earth metal complex or a lanthanide metal compound. The preparation method thereof includes the following steps: etching an anode pattern, and evaporating a hole transport layer and an organic light-emitting layer on an ITO glass substrate in order; and co-evaporate an electron transport material, an organic metal complex and an active metal compound to form an electron transport layer; and evaporating a cathode on the electron transport layer.

Organic electroluminescent and preparation method thereof

The present invention relates to monochromatic organic light emitting devices. The organic light emitting device includes a substrate, an anode, a cathode and an organic electroluminescent medium disposed between the anode and the cathode, wherein the organic electroluminescent medium includes compound monochromatic luminescent layer; and the compound monochromatic luminescent layer includes host A doped with monochromatic dopant and host B doped with monochromatic dopant, wherein the host A is consisted of two kinds of materials with different transporting characteristics, one is hole-transporting material, and the other is electron-transporting material. In addition, the present invention further relates to white organic light emitting devices, wherein the organic electroluminescent medium is consisted of at least one compound monochromatic luminescent layer, which includes host A doped with monochromatic dopant and host B doped with monochromatic dopant. The present invention provides a design to improve the lifetime of the organic light emitting device markedly.

Organic light emitting devices

The present invention relates to a method of preparing a Li film, wherein said Li film is fabricated by directly decomposing a compound of Li under a vacuum evaporation condition, and said compound is LiN. Said Li film is fabricated by decomposing LiN at an evaporation rate of 0.01-0.25 nm/s and an evaporation temperature of 300-450&#xb0; C., and said Li film has a thickness of 0.3-5.0 nm. The present invention also relates to an organic light emitting device comprising said Li film as an electron injection layer and a method for the preparation thereof, and an organic light emitting device including an electron injection layer comprising an electron transport material doped with Li obtained by decomposing LiN under a vacuum evaporation condition, and a method for the preparation thereof.

Methods of preparing a Li film and methods of preparing an organic light emitting device

The present invention provides an organic light emitting device and a fabrication method thereof, comprising a substrate, an anode layer formed on said substrate, an organic function layer formed on said anode layer, and a cathode layer formed on said organic function layer, characterized in that, further comprising a cathode interface modification layer between said organic function layer and said cathode layer, wherein said cathode interface modification layer contains a compound ABC, A is an element of Group IA or IIA, B is an element of Group IIIA or VA, C is a hydrogen element, and 1&#x2266;x&#x2266;2, y&#x3b5;[0,1], 1&#x2266;z&#x2266;4. In the present invention, the cathode interface modification layer is formed after forming a light emitting layer, the cathode interface modification layer contains a compound ABC, the electron injection ability at the cathode interface can be improved by adding the cathode interface modification layer, and hence the device performance can be significantly improved. At the same time, the process feasibility of the material is good during the fabrication, and thus the yield of the device can be further improved.

Organic light emitting device with cathode interface modification layer and fabrication method thereof

The present invention relates to an organic electroluminescent display, including a substrate, a set of anodes, an organic functional layer, a set of cathodes and a packaging sheet, wherein a set of electrode leads are disposed on the packaging sheet for electrical connection with a control circuit of the display, and the electrode leads includes a set of anode leads and a set of cathode leads which are electrically connected with the corresponding anodes and cathodes on the substrate, respectively. The present invention further relates to a double-sided organic electroluminescent display having the above features.
