The present disclosure provides a system for monitoring a scraper chain based on a measurement on transmittance of a torsion spring and a method thereof. The system includes a sprocket-wheel torsion detection device, a fixing device, a wireless receiver, an A/D converter and an industrial computer. In the method, the relative torsion of the two sprocket wheels is converted into the density change of the torsion spring, the light transmission area is converted into the current value by the laser sensing panel, a varying range of the torsion spring is calculated by the industrial computer through the preset threshold and its own program to monitor the operating conditions of the chain. The method has a novel concept, a stable and reliable system, and a high promotion value.

The hoisting apparatus includes a driving device provided at a wellhead and a guiding device provided in a vertical shaft. A position of the guiding device corresponds to a position of the driving device and a transmission rope is wound around the driving device and the guiding device. Moreover, the driving device is drivingly connected to the guiding device via the transmission rope; and a tension regulating device is provided in the vertical shaft. The guiding device is movably provided at the tension regulating device that is for regulating a distance between the driving device and the guiding device. The tension regulating device controls a tension of the transmission rope by regulating the distance between the driving device and the guiding device.

The system comprises: a rope power part, a crack detection part, a wireless transmission part, and a computer. The rope power part comprises two traction ropes, two guide wheels, two stepper motors, and two stepper motor drivers. The crack detection part comprises a spiral tube guide rail, a sliding body, and an ultrasonic generator. The wireless transmission part comprises three zigbee wireless sensing modules. The zigbee wireless sensing modules receive instructions from the computer and transmit the instructions to the stepper motor drivers to control the motors to rotate. The stepper motors drive the guide wheels to rotate to realize the winding of the ropes, so as to pull the sliding body to slide on the spiral tube guide rail. The ultrasonic generator clamped on the sliding body monitors the rotating spindle along the spiral tube guide rail. The zigbee wireless sensing modules transmit the detected data to the computer in real time. The present invention can effectively monitor a hoist spindle in time before a failure occurs, thereby avoiding safety accidents.

The device includes two stages of steel wire rope tension adjusting devices provided on a hoisting container, where a primary steel wire rope tension adjusting device includes left and right steel wire rope tension adjusting devices that are symmetrically arranged, and a secondary steel wire rope tension adjusting device is provided below the primary steel wire rope tension adjusting device. By use of two stages of steel wire rope tension adjusting devices, tension on four steel wire ropes can be adjusted to equalize the tension, thus meeting the requirement for tension equalization in a hoisting process. The four steel wire ropes are equally divided into two groups. Tension of two steel wire ropes is adjusted by rotating a primary drum around which the two steel wire ropes are wound, and then tension of the four steel wire ropes is adjusted by rotating a secondary drum around which the multiple steel wire ropes are wound, thus achieving a final purpose. The device of the present invention has a simple structure, and is conveniently mounted and easily detached. The tension is automatically adjusted by rotating the drums. This solution is novel and has wide application.

An apparatus and a method for measuring a rotational angle of a sinking platform. The apparatus includes a sinking platform being a subject to be measured, suspension ropes and guide ropes connected to the sinking platform, a carriage assembled on the guide ropes, a gyroscope and a gyroscope signal radio transmitter mounted at an upper end of the carriage, and a tilt angle sensor and a radio signal reception processor mounted on the sinking platform. During running of the carriage, the gyroscope keeps measuring a pose of the carriage, and a measured signal is transmitted to the radio transmitter in a wired manner. Tilt angles of the sinking platform in the x direction and the z direction can be measured in real time by using the tilt angle sensor.
