Heat treatment equipment for metal plate strips, and a roller quenching flow zone control device for metal plate strips. The device includes a middle water diversion ring sleeve and edge water diversion ring sleeves; the middle water diversion ring sleeve is installed at the middle processing groove in a slit nozzle rear spiral roller and a high-density nozzle rear spiral roller in a high-pressure cooling section of a roller quenching machine; and the edge water diversion ring sleeves are installed at the processing grooves in ¼ and ¾ positions in the width direction of the slit nozzle rear spiral roller in the high-pressure cooling section of the roller quenching machine. This can effectively realize uniform distribution of cooling water on the surface of the plate strip, reduce the phenomenon of local non-uniform cooling caused by siltation of cooling water.

Roller quenching flow zone control device for metal plate strips

A high-strength steel allowing low-temperature welding and high-heat input welding and a production method thereof are provided, which belongs to the technical field of steel production. The high-strength steel includes the following chemical components by mass fraction: 0.03-0.16% of C, 0.05-0.5% of Si, 1.0-1.9% of Mn, 0.002-0.02% of P, 0.001-0.01% of S, 0.005-0.07% of Al, 0.005-0.04% of Ti, 0.1-0.5% of Cr, 0.0005-0.005% of B, 0.002-0.01% of Mg+Zr, 0.001-0.008% of O, 0.004-0.01% of N, and the balance of Fe and residual elements. Magnesium and zirconium are added to form magnesium/zirconium oxide, titanium and boron are added to form titanium/boron nitride, and the two types of precipitates work synergistically to improve the microstructure of a heat-affected zone. The method optimizes the chemical composition and production process of existing high-strength steel.

High-strength steel allowing low-temperature welding and high-heat input welding and production method thereof

The present invention relates to a steel material for hot stamping with ultra-fine grains and a process of making the same, a hot stamping process and a hot stamped component. The steel material for hot stamping comprises the following components by weight: 0.27 to 0.40% of C; 0.2 to 3.0% of Mn; 0.11 to 0.4% of V; 0 to 0.8% of Si; 0 to 0.5% of Al; 0 to 2% of Cr; 0 to 0.15% of Ti; 0 to 0.15% of Nb; 0 to 0.004% B; a total of less than 2% of Mo, Ni, Cu and other alloying elements that are beneficial to improving the hardenability, and other impurity elements. After hot stamping or equivalent heat treatment, the steel material or the formed component of the present invention can achieve a yield strength of 1300 MPa to 1700 MPa, a tensile strength of 1800 to 2200 MPa, and an elongation of 6 to 9% after direct hot stamping quenching and without tempering, which properties cannot be achieved by a material with a composition in the prior art in the situation of direct quenching (no tempering). After the tempering treatment of the present invention, preferably 1500 MPa-1900 MPa-8%, and 1600 MPa-2100 MPa-7% can be reached.

Steel material for hot stamping, hot stamping process and hot stamped component

A device for achieving a core part press-down technology in a continuous casting round billet solidification process includes a plurality of round billet radial press-down devices distributed along an axial array of round billets outside a press-down interval of the round billets. The press-down interval is an area from 0.65 of a solid phase ratio of the round billets to solidification end points. Each round billet radial press-down device includes a plurality of press-down rollers. A forming hole for extruding the round billets is formed between the press-down rollers. Two adjacent round billet radial press-down devices are arranged in the manner of staggering. The device can effectively solve the defect problems of porosity, segregation and the like in the core of the continuous casting round billets, the yield of the continuous casting round billets is increased, and the production cost is reduced.

Device and method for achieving core part press-down technology in continuous casting round billet solidification process

The present invention relates to controlled cooling in manufacture of steel plate, and in particular, to an on-line cooling system for controlled rolling with an inter-pass cooling process, which comprises a rolling mill and on-line cooling equipment. The cooling equipment is accessorily arranged on the exit of the rolling mill, so that the rolling mill and the cooling equipment are combined. One rolling mill and one set of on-line cooling equipment are considered a cooling group, and several such groups are connected in series, so the steel plate can be cooled in any rolling pass. In this invention, both the cooling system and the water supply system are arranged on the main frame, and the rolling process and the cooling process are synchronized by using inter-pass cooling. Consequently, satisfied rolling effect in the condition of a temperature gradient along the thickness direction, grain refinement at the surface and drastic strength improvement without sacrificing toughness are achieved. Besides, better quality of the plate center region is obtained, double bulging is avoided and the yield of steel plate is improved due to the higher deformation permeability.

Cooling method and on-line cooling system for controlled rolling with inter-pass cooling process

The preparation method includes steps of (1) melting steel according to in weight percentage 0.001-0.003% of C, 5.0-6.6% of Si, 0.2-0.3% of Mn, 0.05-0.12% of Al, 0.01-0.04% of V, 0.03-0.06% of Nb, 0.02-0.03% of S, 0.009-0.020% of N, O which is less than or equal to 0.0020%, and the balance being Fe and unavoidable impurities; (2) forming cast strips after a thin-strip casting course; (3) hot-rolling the cast strips under inert atmosphere conditions; (4) cooling the hot-rolled cast strips to 550-600 DEG C., coiling and performing low-temperature hot rolling/warm rolling on the coiled cast strips under a nitrogen atmosphere condition; (5) removing oxidized scales though pickling, performing cold rolling multiple times; (6) performing recrystallization annealing, coating with an MgO layer, and coiling; (7) performing purification annealing under hydrogen circulation conditions; and (8) removing oxidized scales, coating with an insulating layer, performing flat stretch annealing, and air-cooled coiling.
