A scintillating material, preparation method and use thereof are provided. The chemical formula of the scintillating material is CHXMnOP, wherein X is selected from a group consisting of Cl and Br. The scintillating material has excellent X-ray scintillation performance and sensitive X-ray detection capability, and the detection limit of the scintillating material is far lower than the conventional medical diagnosis dose criterion of 5.50 μGy/s. Compared with existing commercial scintillating materials, the scintillating material of the present application has remarkable superiority in performance, overcomes the defects of heavy metal pollution, high energy consumption and the like caused in the synthesis process of the scintillating material, and has important commercial application value in the field of green synthesis of high-performance scintillating materials.

Scintillating material, preparation method and use thereof

The catalyst in this present application includes a support and an active component dispersed on/in the support; wherein the support is at least one selected from inorganic oxides and the support contains macropores and mesopores; and the active component includes an active element, and the active element contains an iron group element. As a high temperature stable catalyst for methane reforming with carbon dioxide, the catalyst can be used to produce syngas, realizing the emission reduction and recycling utilization of carbon dioxide. Under atmospheric pressure and at 800&#xb0; C., the supported metal catalyst with hierarchical pores shows excellent catalytic performance. In addition to high activity and good selectivity, the catalyst has high stability, high resistance to sintering and carbon deposition.

The present application discloses a nonlinear optical crystal material, preparation method and application of the nonlinear optical crystal material. A nonlinear optical crystal material, whose molecular formula is GaSe; wherein the crystal structure of said nonlinear optical crystal material belongs to trigonal system, space group R3 with the lattice parameters of a=b=3&#x2dc;4.2 &#x212b;, c=9&#x2dc;10 &#x212b;, &#x3b1;=&#x3b2;=90&#xb0;, &#x3b3;=120&#xb0; and Z=1. The nonlinear optical crystal material has an excellent infrared nonlinear optical performance, whose frequency-doubling intensity can reach 9.3 times of AgGaSwith the same particle size, and it meets type-I phase matching; and its laser damage threshold can reach 7.5 times of AgGaSwith the same particle size. The nonlinear optical crystal material has important application value in the frequency-converters which can be used for frequency doubling, sum frequency, difference frequency, optical parametric oscillation of laser in mid and far infrared waveband, and the like.

A process for vapor-phase carbonylation of methanol to methyl formate, whereby a feed gas containing methanol, carbon monoxide, hydrogen and oxygen is passed through a reactor loaded with a supported nano-scaled platinum group metal heterogeneous catalyst to produce methyl formate by a vapor-phase carbonylation reaction, under reaction conditions with a space velocity of 500-5000 h, a temperature of 50-150&#xb0; C. and a pressure of 0.01-2 MPa. Supported nano-scaled platinum group metal heterogeneous catalysts are prepared via ultrasonic dispersion and calcination. Methyl formate is produced and isolated under relatively mild conditions.

The invention belongs to the technical field of preparing oxalate in coal to ethylene glycol, aiming at providing a preparation process for nanocatalysts with (111) crystal facet exposed and a process for vapor-phase CO oxidative coupling to oxalate. The nanocatalysts with (111) crystal facet exposed comprise carrier, active component and promoter on the carrier, wherein, in term of the weight of the carrier, the active component accounts for 0.05-2% of the weight of the carrier, the weight percentage of metal elements in the promoter is 20% or less. The nanocatalysts with (111) crystal facet exposed are prepared by the nanometals in situ supporting process. The preparation process is simple in procedure, has low energy consumption and can precisely control the size and exposed crystal facet of the active component nanoparticles. The obtained nanocatalysts with (111) crystal facet exposed are highly active for vapor-phase CO oxidative coupling to oxalate at a lower loading of noble metal.
