The present disclosure relates to a display substrate and a display device thereof. The display substrate comprises: a substrate; a first wiring extending in a first direction on the substrate; a first dielectric layer on the substrate and the first wiring; a second wiring extending in the first direction on the first dielectric layer, wherein an orthographic projection of the second wiring on the substrate at least partially overlaps with an orthographic projection of the first wiring on the substrate; a conformal dielectric layer on the first dielectric layer and the second wiring; a third wiring and a fourth wiring disposed at spacings in the first direction on the conformal dielectric layer, wherein orthographic projections of the third wiring and the fourth wiring on the substrate at least partially overlap with the orthographic projections of the first wiring and the second wiring on the substrate.

A display substrate and a display device are provided. The first display region includes a first light-emitting element, and allows light from the first side to be at least partially transmitted to the second side. The first winding portion of the first signal line extends along a curve, the first winding portion, the first bending portion, and the first connecting portion are located in the second display region. The first signal line is configured to transmit a first driving signal to the first pixel circuit to drive the first light-emitting element to emit light. The second signal line is configured to transmit a second driving signal to the second pixel circuit and the third pixel circuit to drive the second light-emitting element and the third light-emitting element to emit light. The third signal line is floating, and is in the second display region and extends along the first direction.

A display panel includes a display substrate, a chip-on-film provided at a bezel away from a display face of the display substrate, an insulation adhesive filled between the display substrate and the chip-on-film, and an integrated circuit chip fixed at a side of the chip-on-film away from the display substrate, the chip-on-film is fixed at the bezel away from the display face of the display substrate by the insulation adhesive, at the bezel there are a plurality of connection holes penetrating through the display substrate and the insulation adhesive, and conductive material filled in the respective connection holes, and signal lines at the bezel at the display face of the display substrate are connected with connection terminals provided at a side of the chip-on-film facing the display substrate via the conductive material.

The disclosure discloses a display panel, a display device, and a method for manufacturing the display panel, where a chip on film is adhered on a frame edge of a side of a display substrate away from a display face of the display substrate through an insulation adhesive, and then signal lines on a frame edge of the display face of the display substrate are connected with connection terminals arranged on a side of the chip on film away from the display substrate through an electrically conductive material in a plurality of connection holes running through the display substrate, the insulation adhesive and the chip on film, so a pad bending process can be dispensed with, and there will be no pad bending area on the frame edge of the display panel, thus further narrowing a bezel of the display panel.
