A liquid crystal display (LCD) panel is provided. The LCD panel includes a first sub-sealant and a second sub-sealant arranged in a region where a gate driver on array (GOA) circuit is placed. The first sub-sealant is closer to a display region than the second sub-sealant. Material of the first sub-sealant has stronger adhesion than material of the second sub-sealant. The material of the first sub-adhesive has lower water resistance than the material of the second sub-sealant.

Liquid crystal display panel

A color-filter on array (COA) substrate and a method of fabricating the same are described. A first through hole is disposed in a first passivation layer, a second through hole is disposed in the color resist layer, and a third through hole is disposed in the second passivation layer, wherein the first through hole communicates with the second through hole, and the second through hole communicates with the third through hole to collectively form an opening. A hole diameter of the opening gradually increases from bottom to top. A part of the color resist layer is etched while the second passivation layer is etched so as to reduce a taper angle of the opening. Therefore, a relatively large impedance value impedance or disconnection is avoided when depositing a pixel electrode.

COA substrate and method of fabricating same

This testing machine can apply dynamic and static loads to the precision flexible thin-wall bearing (), can realize measurement of a bearing vibration, a bearing temperature, a bearing rotation progress and a rotation speed, and has advantages such as clever structure, perfect test function and relatively high test accuracy, safe and reliable detection process, and highly feedback results.

Fault diagnosis and life testing machine for flexible precision thin-wall bearing

An LCD lower substrate assembly is assembleable with an LCD upper substrate assembly. The LCD lower substrate assembly includes a carrier board and a first alignment pad, a first alignment wire and a first group of adaption pads having a function of electrical conduction, which are arranged on the carrier board. The first alignment pad is electrically connected to the first alignment wire to receive a voltage signal and to apply the voltage signal to the first alignment wire. The first-group adaption pads are electrically connected to the first alignment wire in a spaced manner to receive the voltage signal that, after the assembly of the two substrate assemblies, is transmittable to a first group of common electrodes on the LCD upper substrate assembly. Connection portions between the adaption pads and the first alignment wire and the first-group adaption pads do not cross other alignment wires on the carrier board.

Liquid crystal display and liquid crystal display lower substrate assembly thereof

Disclosed are an optical fiber connector assembly, an optical fiber connector plug, and an adapter assembly, comprising an optical fiber connector plug, an optical fiber connector adapter, and an adapter base plate. A plug information storage chip and an indicator light-guiding pillar are arranged in parallel on a bottom side of the optical fiber connector plug. Each pin of the plug information storage chip is electrically connected to conductive slide-rails. Metal elastic pins and an indicator light accommodation portion are arranged in parallel on a bottom side of a plug opening of the optical fiber connector adapter. Pin contacts and an indicator light are arranged in parallel on the adapter base plate. When the adapter is mounted on the adapter base plate, the indicator light is accommodated in the indicator light accommodation portion and the metal elastic pins are electrically connected to the pin contacts. When the plug is inserted into the adapter mounted on the adapter base plate, the metal elastic pins are electrically connected to the conductive slide-rails, and the indicator light-guiding pillar is inserted into the indicator light accommodation portion and abuts against the indicator light. The embodiments of the disclosure effectively prevent false insertion of a port.

In the present invention, the protective layer is deposited outside the OLED device to isolate water vapor.

OLED device and preparation method thereof

The present invention discloses an assembling method for array substrate and color filter substrate of liquid crystal display, which comprises: coating a seal on a color filter substrate; forming multiple sealing points at the predetermined position between an array substrate with liquid crystal and the color filter substrate; rotating the color filter substrate to fit the array substrate; irradiating the sealing points using a light source to cure the sealing points, so that the array substrate and the color filter substrate are bonded. According to the embodiment of the present invention, it can be aligned precisely during assembling process of the array substrate and the color filter substrate, which avoids the poor substrate alignment caused by handling or flip and then improves the product yield.

Assembling method for array substrate and color filter substrate of liquid crystal display

A method of manufacturing an alignment film is provided, and has steps of determining printing regions for an alignment agent, which including display portions and transfer portions; printing the alignment agent within the printing regions to form an alignment thin layer; and performing an alignment process to the alignment thin layer to form the alignment film. The unevenness on the edge of the alignment film is moved away from the display portions by expanding the printing regions for the alignment agent, so as to promote the imaging quality of the finished LCD.

Method of manufacturing alignment film

The present invention discloses a polysilicon TFT device and the manufacturing method thereof. The polysilicon TFT device comprises: a scanning line and a data line arranged alternately; a semiconductor layer electrically connected with the scanning line and the data line; and a pixel electrode electrically connected with the semiconductor layer. Multiple channel regions and multiple doped regions are provided sequentially with interval between the connecting point of the semiconductor layer with the data line and the connecting point of the semiconductor layer with the pixel electrode, the channel regions are the portions of the semiconductor layer overlapping the scanning line, the rest portions are the doped regions, the width of at least one said doped region is 0.5&#x2dc;3 &#x3bc;m, the ion doping concentration is 2*E11&#x2dc;5*E15. In the present invention, the pattern of the semiconductor layer is designed as a bending pattern, which sequentially intersects the scanning lines and forms multiple channel regions and multiple doped regions provided with interval. It reduces the leakage current by controlling the width of the doped region and the ion doping concentration.

Polysilicon TFT device and manufacturing method thereof

The present invention provides a liquid crystal display panel. An Nth set of scan lines is disposed between two neighboring row of pixels. Each set of the scan lines comprises an upper scan line and a lower scan line. Gate electrodes of the thin film transistors in the neighboring row of pixels are alternatively coupled to the upper scan line and the lower scan line sequentially. An Nth data line is disposed between a 2N-1th column of pixels and a 2Nth column of pixels. The Nth data line is coupled to source electrodes of the thin film transistors of the neighboring 2N-1th column of pixels and 2Nth column of pixels.
