A movable photographing system is provided. The movable photographing system includes a carrier, an image capturing device, a storage device and a processing device. The image capturing device is carried by the carrier and configured to generate a first image. The storage device stores a plurality of image data. The processing device obtains the feature information of a target object in the first image, and according to the feature information, compares the first image with the plurality of image data to select a reference image from the plurality of image data. In addition, the processing device generates motion information using the first image and the reference image and the carrier moves according to the motion information to adjust the shot position of the image capturing device to generate a second image.

An image capturing method and an image capturing apparatus are provided. An inspection region image of an inspection region is captured by a first image capturing device at a first time point. A control signal is received at a second time point after the first time point. A relative translation relationship and/or a relative rotation relationship of the first image capturing device at the first time point and a second image capturing device at a second time point are calculated. A first three-dimensional coordinate value of the local region relative to the first image capturing device is calculated and the first three-dimensional coordinate value is transformed to a second three-dimensional coordinate value relative to the second image capturing device according to the relative translation relationship and the relative rotation relationship. The second image capturing device is driven to rotate. A local region image of the local region is captured.

A method for processing image array data is provided, which may include the following steps: providing the image array data detected by a sensor at a first time point and including a plurality of first blocks, and each of the first blocks has a color table corresponding thereto; segmenting the image array data detected by a sensor at a second time point into a plurality of second blocks; comparing the image array data of each first block with the image array data of each second block to generate numerical difference information; and respectively allocating the color tables corresponding to the first blocks to the second blocks matching the first blocks according to the numerical difference information.

Part of the video frames corresponding to a second time point is stitched as a stitched video frame according to the registration data corresponding to the first time point. When the storage space of the buffer reaches the criterion, a procedure of image processing is performed for a plurality of temporary images stored in the buffer, which includes constructing an image dictionary according to the at least an image selected, and performing an image recovery and reconstruction procedure for the plurality of temporary images in the buffer according to the image dictionary, thereby obtaining a plurality of reconstructed images.
