A motor includes a rotor and a stator, the rotor includes flux barriers. In a plane orthogonal to an axial direction, at least two flux barriers corresponding to each pole of the rotor are located entirely within an extending angle. A magnitude of the extending angle is determined by a number of poles of the rotor and phases of the motor. A center line of the extending angle is a q-axis of the rotor. A ratio between an area of the flux barrier entirely located within the extending angle and an area of all flux barriers corresponding to the pole is about ½ or more, and a ratio between an area of a radially innermost flux barrier entirely located within the extending angle and an area of a radially outermost flux barrier entirely located within the extending angle and a smaller one of the two areas is about 10% or less.

Rotor, motor, and electric product

A driver of an automatic guided vehicle includes a crown gear (turning gear) fixed to a bottom of a vehicle body, a support shaft penetrating a center of the crown gear and extending vertically from the vehicle body, a frame supported by the support shaft to be rotatable on a horizontal plane, a wheel axle rotatably and horizontally provided on the frame, and a wheel connected to the wheel axle. A first motor and a second motor, which are drive sources, and a first planetary gear mechanism and a second planetary gear mechanism are provided at both ends in an axial direction of the wheel axle, respectively. Each carrier of the first and second planetary gear mechanisms is connected to the wheel axle, and each ring gear of the first and second planetary gear mechanisms meshes with the crown gear.

Driver of automatic guided vehicle

A rotor includes a rotor core that is made of electromagnetic steel sheets rotating around a central axis and laminated in an axial direction, and that has multiple flux barriers penetrating the electromagnetic steel sheets along the axial direction. At least some of the multiple flux barriers are provided with a first penetrating portion and a second penetrating portion arranged in the radial direction, the first penetrating portion housing a magnet and the second penetrating portion housing a conductive non-magnetic conductor.

Rotor, synchronous reluctance motor, and rotor forming method

A rotor includes a stack of electromagnetic steel plates each including through-hole groups with through-holes extending through the respective electromagnetic steel plates. In each of the through-hole groups, at least one of the through-holes accommodates a magnet and at least a portion of the through-holes that does not accommodate any magnet is filled with an electrically conductive material. When the rotor is seen axially, at two circumferential sides of a magnetic flux passage that is adjacent to the magnet, a width of the magnetic flux passage adjacent a first side of the magnet is larger than a width of the magnetic flux passage near a second side of the magnet.

A motor assembly includes a motor, a speed reducer attached to one axial end of the motor, and an oil feeder between the motor and the speed reducer. The oil feeder is made of a material having elasticity and capable of storing a lubricating substance. The oil feeder includes a first lubrication portion that lubricates a gear of the speed reducer and a second lubrication portion that lubricates a bearing of the speed reducer.

An embodiment of the present invention provides a rotor and a motor having the rotor. By providing a plurality of flux barrier groups and slot groups at intervals in a circumferential direction of the rotor iron core, it is possible to flexibly arrange the numbers of the flux barrier groups and the slot groups so as to meet the requirements for the number of poles of different products. In addition, by flexibly adjusting the quantity ratio between the flux barrier groups and the slot groups and/or the quantity relationship between the flux barriers in the flux barrier group and the slots in the slot group, it is possible to meet the requirements for motor efficiency and starting capacity of different products. Further, since the processing jig of the rotor only requires processing of the structures of the flux barriers and the slots, the manufacturing cost can be reduced.

A synchronous reluctance motor includes a rotor and a stator surrounding the rotor. The rotator includes a rotatable shaft and magnetic flux barrier layers arranged radially. One of the magnetic flux barrier layers closest to the stator is filled with a conductor, and one of the magnetic flux barrier layers closest to the rotating shaft is a void.

A motor includes a rotor including a rotating shaft extending along a center axis, a cylindrical rotor core provided outside the rotating shaft in a radial direction, and two discoid weight plates provided at two ends of the cylindrical rotor core in an axial direction, and a stator opposing the rotor in the radial direction. A radius of each weight plate is smaller than a radius of the rotor core, and a difference between the radius of the rotor core and the radius of each weight plate is larger than an air gap between an outside of the rotor core in the radial direction and an inside of the stator in the radial direction.

Embodiments of the disclosure provide a rotor, a motor, and a driving apparatus. The rotor is defined by laminated electromagnetic steel plates. The electromagnetic steel plate includes a plurality of through hole groups running through the electromagnetic steel plate, and each through hole group includes a plurality of through holes. A central axis of a magnetic pole of the rotor is used as a d axis, and an axis that is 45 degrees from the d axis is used as a q axis, where an outer peripheral surface of the rotor that is between the d axis and the q axis is recessed radially inward relative to an outer peripheral surface of another portion of the rotor, so that the rotor is noncircular when observed in an axial direction.

Embodiments of the disclosure provide an axial flux motor and an electrical product. The motor includes a rotor which rotates with a central axis as a center, and a stator which is disposed opposite to the rotor in an axial direction and has a plurality of stator units, the plurality of stator units being disposed around the central axis. The stator unit includes a core unit formed by a core piece, and a coil unit formed by a wire wound and disposed around the core unit. A height of the core unit in the axial direction is less than or equal to a height of the coil unit in the axial direction. With the embodiments of the disclosure, the dependency between the coil and the core in design and manufacture can be reduced, and the degree of design freedom can be improved.

Embodiments of this application provide a stator element, a stator assembly, a motor, and an electromechanical device, the stator element including at least two stacked stator housing sheets, each of the stator housing sheets being a frame enclosed by a sheet periphery, at least two protrusions being disposed around the periphery of each of the stator housing sheets, the protrusion being directed from an inside of the stator housing sheet to an outside of the stator housing sheet, a groove being formed between adjacent protrusions, and protrusions of the adjacent stator housing sheets being alternately arranged in a direction in which the at least two stator housing sheets are stacked. Therefore, heat of a stator disposed inside the stator element can be dissipated with a strong heat dissipation capability at relatively low costs.

A speed reduction apparatus includes a motor and a speed reduction assembly. The motor includes a first rotating shaft and a second rotating shaft a second rotator and a first rotator, a stator, a first motor housing, a second motor, and a first bearing and a second bearing at a radial outer side of the first rotating shaft, the first bearing and the second bearing being axially located at the same side of the first rotator facing the first motor housing. The speed reduction assembly includes a first gear, third gears engaging with the first gear, and a second gear, an output shaft, the third gears turning the second gear to rotate, and the second gear driving the output shaft, and a bracket between the output shaft and the first rotating shaft, the first gear, the second gear and the third gears being located at an axial outer side of the first motor housing, and at least one of the first gear, the second gear and the third gears being located radial outer sides of the first bearing and the second bearing.

A motor includes a rotor including a rotating shaft, a nonmagnetic rotary frame, yokes arranged separately in the nonmagnetic rotary frame, and magnets arranged on surfaces of the yokes at least on one side of the yokes. To hold the yokes and the magnets, the nonmagnetic rotary frame includes a first annular rib that extends along a circumferential direction on a radially outer side of the rotating shaft, radially extending ribs that extend from a radially outer side of the first annular rib along radial directions, and a second annular rib joined to the radially extending ribs and concentric with the first annular rib.

A reduction gear and an electromechanical device are provided. The reduction gear has a motor and a speed reduction assembly. The motor has a first rotary shaft and a second rotary shaft which rotate around a central axis, a second rotor, a first rotor, a stator and a first motor housing; the speed reduction assembly has: a first gear, a second gear, a third gear, and an output shaft driven by the third gear; and the motor further has: a first bearing and a second bearing, the first bearing and the second bearing are located on two sides of the stator in an axial direction, and the first gear is located on one side, away from the stator, of the second rotor. According to the embodiments, the reduction gear which is small in size and high in drive capability may be obtained.

A rotor is located around an outer periphery of a rotation shaft of a motor and rotates together with the rotation shaft. The rotor includes magnetic steel plates laminated in an axial direction and including a through-hole group passing therethrough in the axial direction. The through-hole group includes through-holes each including, as a central line, an imaginary line extending in the radial direction and having an arcuate shape extending from the central line to both sides and radially outward. The through-holes are arranged in the radial direction. Among the through-holes, a radius of curvature of an arcuate radially inner side surface of the radially innermost through-hole is the smallest, and/or a radius of curvature of an arcuate radially outer side surface of the radially outermost through-hole is the largest.
