A plug and socket connector arrangement with a shaped plug and socket mating slider ( ). The present invention relates to a cylindrical contact tube (1) having a contact part (2) and a connecting part (3). The contact part (2) has a cylindrical lateral surface (4) with at least one contact spring (5) which is punched out of the lateral surface (4) and orientated essentially parallel to the plug-in direction, the contact spring additionally being coined.

The present invention relates to a plug connector (1) having a housing (2, 3) with a secondary interlock (4), the housing (2, 3) having at least one longitudinal channel (5) for holding a contact, and the secondary interlock (4) being arranged on the housing (2, 3) such that it can be displaced transversely with respect to the channel axis in order to fix contacts in its channels. The housing is composed of two parts (2, 3) which are attached to one another in the region of the secondary interlock (4) and leave a space free between them in which the secondary interlock (4) can be displaced and can be inserted from above during assembly.

This invention relates to a beam waveguide plug comprising: a plug casing (5) which has for each beam waveguide cable (2) a plug segment (6) and a clamping segment (7) for fixing the beam waveguide cable (2) to the plug (1). The clamping segment (7) has a socket (15) with a plurality of serrations (8) pressed by their edges into the beam waveguide sheathing and extending substantially transversely of the beam waveguide axis, and recesses (9) disposed between the serrations (8), to accommodate (15) the sheathing material displaced by the searrations.

A water-tight contact pin plug assembly in cast plastic parts (1), more particularly plug casings. The contact pins (2) have cross-sectional variations over their cast part length comprising at least two truncated cones (3a, 3b) which are substantially rotationally symmetrical relatively to the pin axis and the major base surfaces of which form shoulders (5) respectively situated opposite the nearest surface of the plastic part. The distance d between the shoulders (5) and the associated surfaces of the plastic part (1) is large enough to prevent the parts from breaking open in the shoulder zone.

Combined beam waveguide and metal cable plug connector A combined beam waveguide and metal cable plug connector with an angled cable outlet, comprising a housing (1) in which beam waveguide plugs (4) and flat contact springs are disposed on the plug side in contact chambers (2, 3) provided for the purpose while an outlet aperture for the cables (5, 21) is provided at the rear. The opening for the cables comprises a channel (6), the base of which is bent at an angle of 90.degree. maximum to the plug axis and which is open towards the back of the plug connector. The metal cables (21) are taken out of the housing (1) in one or more layers on the channel base (6). A snap cap (7) closes the channel (6) at the rear and has lateral ducts (8) in which beam waveguide cables (5) are accommodated, the ducts (8) ensuring that the beam waveguide cables (5) are deflected with a radius which is not damaging to the beam waveguide cables.

Blade contact for electric plugs

An electrical spring contact having an inner spring contact with an inner spring base and inner spring arms. A box-shaped outer spring with an outer spring base and outer spring arms is connected to the inner spring base of the inner spring. The outer spring arms are bent inwardly in a funnel-shaped way at the plug-in end, and the inner spring and the outer spring are formed by molded sheet metal parts. The outer spring has a bending slot extending across its total length, and the spring contact is insertable in a chamber of a receiving casing and arrestable in the latter by holding members. The lateral surfaces of the outer spring extending between the two outer spring arms are provided with recesses bordered by support surfaces. The support surfaces are axially supported by holding members projecting into the chamber of a receiving case.
