The disclosed air-conditioning system for a vehicle driven by a motor, has a refrigerant circuit with a plurality of heat exchangers through which a refrigerant can be conducted for an exchange of heat with the air which flows through them, and has a heat pump heat exchanger in which an exchange of heat with a coolant circuit, in which at least one coolant cooler is arranged, takes place. It is possible for the coolant cooler, in the heating mode, to be used as a heat exchanger for absorbing heat from the environment. It is possible for the coolant cooler to be connected in series downstream of the heat pump heat exchanger in the coolant circuit A method for regulating such an air-conditioning system is also disclosed.

Cooling system for a motor vehicle

Heat exchanger having a block of flat tubes arranged parallel to one another and having fins arranged between the flat tubes, wherein the flat tubes form flow ducts through which a refrigerant can flow, and a coolant can flow around the flat tubes, wherein the flat tubes are in fluid communication, at end regions, with collecting tanks, wherein the refrigerant can be made to flow into an inflow region of a collecting tank in fluid communication with at least one of the flow ducts, wherein the inflow region has a line, which extends through the inflow region, for inflow of the refrigerant, wherein a refrigerant passage is provided from the line to the collecting tank inflow region, said refrigerant passage arranged in the central region of the collecting take inflow region, wherein the central region is in relation to a direction oriented perpendicularly to a plane of the flat tubes.

The invention relates to an air-conditioning system for a motor-driven vehicle, having a refrigerant circuit () with a plurality of heat exchangers () through which a refrigerant can be conducted for an exchange of heat with the air which flows through them, with it being possible for the heat exchangers () to be operated as heaters or as evaporators as a function of the operating state of the air-conditioning system, and at least one third heat exchanger () is provided in the refrigerant circuit (), which third heat exchanger () serves for an exchange of heat with a coolant circuit () which is formed separately from the refrigerant circuit (). The vehicle can be both a motor vehicle and also a fuel-cell-driven vehicle.

The invention relates to an air conditioner for a motor vehicle, comprising a coolant circuit () that is provided with several heat-transferring devices through which a coolant can be directed, a heat-transferring device () also being part of a coolant circuit. Coolant is redirected from portions of the coolant circuit (), which are shut down during heating, into a portion of the coolant circuit (), which is active during heating, as required. Heating/cooling circuit for an air-conditioning system of a motor vehicle, air-conditioning system and a method for controlling the same

The invention relates to a cold storage device, in particular for an automobile, having a storage medium for storing cold and a storage medium carrier that is connected in a thermally conductive manner to pipes for carrying a heat transfer medium for charging or discharging the cold storage device. To provide an improved cold storage device particularly suitable for use in an automobile, that is able to accommodate changes in volume of the storage medium while itself having a small structural volume and which can be produced cost-effectively, the storage medium carrier comprises an absorbent material, and the storage medium, in its liquid state, is preferably completely absorbed by the storage medium carrier.
