In the device for administering implants, which comprises an active substance container with injection cannula and plunger, the plunger is arranged in a plunger channel. The plunger channel merges with continuity into the lumen of the cannula. A holder device (5) for the implant (2) is arranged at the lumen-side end of the plunger channel (3).

The invention relates to a packaging for syringe barrels, wherein the packaging has a thermoformed tray (1) which is provided with a plurality of compartments (2) for receiving the syringe barrels (3). The packaging according to the invention has in comparison with a conventional packaging the advantages that disposal of a single type of material and recycling are possible, that packaging material is saved and that the weight and volume of the packaging are reduced.

A holder for cylindrical ampoules includes a receiving device provided for receiving the cylindrical ampoule and a handle with a bore for receiving a longitudinally displaceable piston rod with an actuating device, the receiving device is integrally formed with the handle and includes a collar with an allround groove in its root.

In the apparatus for removing solid medications from blister packs, comprising a shell-shaped bottom part and a hood-shaped top part, the bottom part (2) is provided with an axle (13). It further exhibits recesses (10), which are disposed concentrically to the axle (13). The one end of the axle (13) is configured as a rotational axis and translational guide for the top part (1). The top part (1) reaches over the bottom part (2) and exhibits a hub (15), which is supported on the axle (13) by means of a spring (6). Parallel to the hub (15) on the top part (1) there is disposed a ram (8), which, given an appropriate setting of the top part (1) relative to the bottom part (2), is aligned with respectively one of the recesses (10). The other end of the axle (13) is provided with a journal (11) for receiving a bearing plate (7) for the blister pack (5). The bearing plate (7) exhibits holes (9), which form with the recesses (10) of the bottom part (2) passages for the ram (8).

In the inhaler for the repeated inhalation of powdered pharmaceuticals there is arranged, in a housing (13) which has a rotatable cap (4), a dosing wheel with dosing chambers (22) between the intermediate floor (21) and a frame (20), which is supported on the baseplate (14). The rotatable cap (4), which is supported on the lid (17) by means of a spring (12), has an axially arranged cylinder (7) which projects through the lid (17), the intermediate floor (21) and the frame (20) into the housing (13) and is the drive shaft for the dosing wheel (1). The housing (13) is provided with a supply chamber (2) whose bottom part (intermediate floor (21)) has an opening (23) whose cross-section corresponds to that of the dosing chambers (22). The baseplate (14) is provided with a mouthpiece (9) which is arranged in a radial direction and which has a blow-out channel (6) with valve ( 8), which channel opens out into a tubular piston (16) which is fixed to the baseplate (14) and which extends into the cylinder (7) and connects the blow-out channel (6) with the inner space of the cylinder (7) via an opening (24). The frame (20) has a shaft (5) which connects the dosing chambers (22) with the blow-out channel (6) via an opening (25) in the mouthpiece (9).
