A melt blowing nozzle apparatus for producing a plurality of fiber strands from a polymer melt has at least one melt inlet and at least one process air inlet. The apparatus further has a nozzle plate having a plurality of small tubes, each having a capillary bore for extruding the fiber strands, and an extrusion plate arranged underneath the nozzle plate, which extrusion plate has a plurality of extrusion openings for blowing out the fiber strands, corresponding to the small tubes. Each extrusion opening encloses one of the small tubes with an air gap. To ensure mountability in case of a large number of small tubes, a channel system of a common distribution device is provided for connection and distribution of the melt inlet to the capillaries of the small tubes and for connection and distribution of the process air inlet to the extrusion openings of the extrusion plate.

Melt blowing nozzle apparatus

A device is described for producing a fiber product by laying down melt-spun fibers onto a laydown belt. A spinning device is associated with a top side of the laydown belt and a suction-extraction device is associated with the bottom side. A vacuum device has a movable suction chamber which interacts with the spinning device in order to lay down the fibers on the laydown belt. To generate a uniform suction flow in every position of the suction chamber, the suction chamber is formed from a stationary bottom box and a movable top box which are coupled to one another in a pressure-tight manner.

Device for producing a fiber product by laying down melt-spun fibers

An apparatus and a method for guiding and depositing synthetic fibers to form a nonwoven web is described. The apparatus has a drawing device, a deposit belt, and a plurality of guidance means disposed between the drawing device and the deposit belt, which form in pairs numerous merging guidance pathways for the guidance of a fiber curtain formed by the fibers. The guidance means have numerous air intake slits beneath the drawing device, which enable an introduction of a secondary airstream. Numerous air conducting elements disposed on one of the guidance means are associated with at least one of the air intake slits. In this manner at least one of the sub-streams of the secondary airstream laterally adjacent to the fiber curtain can be introduced to the fiber stream at an inflow angle that is at a right angle to the deposit belt.

Apparatus and method for guiding and depositing synthetic fibers to form a nonwoven web

A spinneret bundle for producing fibers from a polymer melt includes an elongated nozzle plate that has a feed channel on an upper face and at least one row of nozzle bores that are arranged next to one another on a lower face. A distributing plate lies on the upper face of the nozzle plate and has a distributing chamber that faces the feed channel and a melt inlet that is connected to the distributing chamber. A perforated plate with a plurality of through-bores is provided between the distributing chamber of the distributing plate and the feed channel of the nozzle plate in order to achieve a redistribution and uniformity of the melt when the melt is introduced into the feed channel.

Spinneret bundle

An apparatus is configured to produce a spunbonded fabric. In order to achieve an airiness of the spunbonded fabric and ready adaptability to process parameters which are to be changed, a spinning beam together with a blowing apparatus is configured to be pivotable in a pivoting unit. A relatively high airiness is achieved by the filaments running obliquely onto the fabric belt below the spinning beam. Rotary leadthroughs or elastic feed lines to the spinning beam make the slight pivoting possible.

Apparatus for producing a spunbonded fabric

A device for meltblowing of synthetic fibers utilizes an elongated spinneret packet that is held at the bottom side of the spinneret carrier. In order to supply process air the two elongated air tubes extend at the opposite longitudinal sides of the spinneret carrier, which are connected to an air distribution device having an air channel system in the spinneret carrier. In order to avoid thermal stress in the expansion joints between the air distribution device and the spinneret carrier as much as possible, the air distribution devices are embodied by means of multiple distribution segments having an expansion joint between adjacent distribution segments.

Device for meltblowing

The invention relates to a tubular rotary joint, in particular for conducting a polymer melt, comprising a holder and a mobile connection body, which is rotatably connected to the holder by means of one bearing end. A distribution chamber with a feeder is configured in the holder, said chamber being connected to a distribution channel that is configured in the connection body. The distribution channel in the connection body leads to a connection end, to which a pipe section can be coupled. To guarantee the flexibility of the connection body at high pressure and at high temperatures, the bearing end of the connection body is configured as a shaft journal, which is rotatably mounted in a bearing bore that penetrates the distribution chamber in the holder.
