An outlet plate fitting configured for attaching a secondary component to a fluid pipe section. The fluid pipe section includes opposed flanges that define a receiving groove having a bottom surface. The outlet plate fitting includes a main body, an engagement platform connected to and at a distance from the main body, and a bore extending through the main body and the engagement platform. A first surface of the engagement platform faces away from the main body and is a planar surface with a seal member positioned about the bore. A second surface of the engagement platform faces toward the main body and has a ramped surface, such that rotation of the engagement platform in a first direction within the receiving groove causes the planar surface and seal member into sealing engagement with the bottom surface of the receiving groove.

Fluid distribution system

A fluid distribution system comprising a hollow pipe section having at least one bore extending longitudinally therethrough. At least one longitudinal boss extends along the pipe section. An end fitting comprises a body configured to be received in the bore and a shoulder extending radially from the body. At least one bolt hole extends through the shoulder and is configured to align with the at least one longitudinal boss. A secondary component is configured for connection to the end fitting. Alternatively, an outlet plate fitting is configured for attaching a secondary component to a fluid pipe section. The fluid pipe section includes opposed flanges that define a receiving groove. The outlet plate fitting comprises a main body and an engagement platform having a planar surface with a seal member. Rotation of the engagement platform within the receiving groove causes the planar surface and seal member into sealing engagement within the receiving groove.

A separator tank assembly comprising a cast hollow tank and a cast lid. The cast hollow tank has a closed end and an open end having a first opening and a second opening. The cast lid has a first passage configured for fluid communication with the tank first opening and a second passage configured for sealed fluid communication with the second opening. The first passage is formed with an integral port configured to receive a pressure control valve and the second passage is formed with an integral port configured to receive an oil filter and wherein the tank is configured such that air having undergone primary separation flows through the first opening and oil within the tank flows through the second opening.

Cast separator tank

A compressor system includes a fluid system having a cooler and a valve. The valve includes a housing and a spool disposed within the housing. The spool has a temperature sensitive wax cartridge, and is movable between an actuated position and a non-actuated position. When the spool is in the actuated position, inlet fluid flow enters the valve through an inlet port, exits the valve through the cooler port, flows through the cooler, reenters the valve through the cooler return, flows over the wax cartridge, and exits the valve through the outlet port. When the spool is in the non-actuated position, the inlet fluid flow bypasses the cooler, flows through the valve and over the wax cartridge, and exits the valve through the outlet port. The wax cartridge only senses the temperature of the inlet fluid flow when the spool is in the non-actuated position.
