A device for the control and adjustment of hydraulic cylinders on work attachments and assemblies of work machines, preferably self-propelled harvesting machines. Increasing the performance of harvesting machines for bringing in crops efficiently and without loss requires rapid, uncomplicated adaptation of the harvesting machines and front harvesting attachments to the respective load and operating conditions. The front harvesting attachments and wheel carriages are connected to the hydraulic circuit of the harvesting machine and driven automatically by means of the electronic control system as a function of the respective working and operating conditions.

The present invention relates generally to agricultural machinery and, more particularly, to a device for controlling a double-acting steering cylinder of a steering system, having two working connections of the steering cylinder, wherein the working connections are each connected by means of an input pipe or an output pipe to a valve unit, which comprises two switching valves that can be moved alternately into a first switching position and into a second switching position and the steering cylinder in the first switching position of the first switching valve admits a fluid at the first working connection and the steering cylinder in the second switching position of the second switching valve admits the fluid at the second working connection.

A self-propelling agricultural machine, especially a self-propelling harvester thresher comprises a machine part having a front side, a working implement mounted on the front side of the machine part and turnable in a direction which is transverse to a travelling direction, and a unit for mounting the working implement on the machine part and including two cylinder-piston units having pistons with piston rods which are connected with the working implement and also having cylinders which are connected with the machine part, the connecting unit also having a switching valve, the cylinders of the cylinder-piston units having piston-side chambers which are connected with one another and piston rod-side chambers which are individually connected to the switching valve.

A self-propelling agricultural machine, particularly a harvester thresher, comprises a machine unit provided with supporting elements, a front working implement turnable transversely to a traveling direction and having upper receiving elements for the supporting elements, and lower locking elements, and cylinder-piston units each having a cylinder and a piston with a piston rod having a free end, the supporting elements being mounted on the free ends of the piston rods of the cylinder-piston units, while the cylinders being connected with the machine unit.

In a harvester thresher an arrangement for uniform distribution of agricultural product on a reciprocating transporting and cleaning organs of a sieve conveyor includes an upper sieve of a sieve box which is formed so that it has a transporting component toward a side changeable in its value in dependence upon an inclined position of the harvester thresher during threshing on an inclined surface.
