To provide a plain bearing which for a press fit in a bearing receiving means allows greater dimensional tolerances in respect of the bearing receiving means, a ring of axially extending and peripherally spaced collar portions is provided at the second end of the plain bearing body, which is in opposite relationship to the first end, which collar portions can be bent over outwardly to afford a second flange.

An energy guiding chain with a plurality of links, which are connected to each other in articulated fashion, is provided where the links consist at least partly of an electrically conductive material that permits the discharge of electrical charges over at least part of the chain length, and is characterized in that the links are designed such that they are in contact with each other over the full pivoting angle on contact areas that move relative to each other and are in permanent contact and/or in that at least one connecting element connecting two or more links to each other in each case is provided, and in that the contact areas, and the areas of the links or the connecting element connecting them, form a continuous conductivity path with low electrical resistance, which extends at least over several links and permits use of the chain in ESD protection zones.

Energy guiding chain

The invention relates to a joint element for an energy guiding chain for guiding hoses or cables, with a number of chain links displaying opposite side straps, where upper and lower cross-members are provided on at least some of the side straps, where the joint element displays at least two mounting areas that can be connected to adjacent or spaced chain links in order to connect them to each other in articulated fashion, so that the energy guiding chain can be deposited to form a lower strand, a deflection zone and an upper strand. The joint element is developed in that an element is provided on it that is made of a material having greater conductivity than the joint element material and continuously bridges the at least two mounting areas. The bridging element displays at least two contact areas located on the surface of the joint element, each of which can be connected in electrically contacting fashion to the two chain links associated with the two mounting areas. As a result, the energy guiding chain displays a long service life, even when exposed to very great mechanical stresses, can be used in ESD protection zones, and has no tendency towards electrostatic charging.

A sliding door system for a vehicle with a vehicle body having a door opening and a sliding door (), comprises a guide rail () which can be mounted at or in the vehicle body in the proximity of the door opening, a guide element () which is displaceable along the guide rail () and which is connected to the sliding door () by way of a holding arm (), a line receiving means () of pivotably interconnected members () for receiving and guiding electric lines () from a connection on the vehicle body to a connection at the sliding door (), wherein the line receiving means () is guided in a guide device. In order to provide such a sliding door system which has a space-saving structure and which is suitable for the subsequent installation of a line receiving means () for the energy supply for the sliding door () it is proposed that the guide device for the line receiving means () is integrated into the guide rail () for the guide element () of the sliding door (). On an energy guiding chain for guiding hoses, cables and the like, where the upper strand rests on the lower strand and rollers () are provided on at least some chain links of the upper strand and/or the lower strand, which can roll on running surfaces () provided on the chain links of the opposite strand and which, on their running surface, display a number of spaced peripheral guide grooves that can be engaged by the crests () of the rollers of the opposite strand, it is envisaged, in order to facilitate traversing of the chain, that the running surfaces display spaced longitudinal slits that allow the crests of the roller profile to pass through, where the webs () between the longitudinal slits cover the guide grooves on the side facing the other strand, such that the crests of the rollers of the other strand can roll on the webs.

On an energy guiding chain for guiding hoses, cables or the like between two connecting points moving relative to each other, with several chain links connected to each other in articulated fashion, each of which displays two side straps and cross-pieces connecting them, where the chain consists of a strand that can be connected to one of the connecting points, and a strand that can be connected to the other connecting point, these transitioning into each other via a deflection zone, and where at least some of the chain links display runners covering the upper side of the side straps, it is envisaged that the runners be mounted on the cross-pieces at a distance from the side straps in order to reduce the assembly effort.

The invention relates to a guide trough for energy guiding chains, where the guide trough has parallel lateral guide elements and bottom guide elements, where the lateral guide elements are spaced apart laterally, where an energy guiding chain can be arranged in the guide trough and deposited between the lateral guide elements and on the bottom guide elements, and where a support structure with support elements is provided, on which the guide elements can be mounted, and where mounting devices for mounting the support elements on an essentially vertical surface are provided. In order to devise a guide trough which is of simple design and can be mounted on a vertical surface with minimal assembly, a guide trough is provided in which the support elements, and at least one guide element, selected from the group consisting of lateral and bottom guide element, have corresponding, integrally moulded means for mounting on one another. The mounting means can be designed as a projection extending over the entire length of the guide elements.

In an energy guiding chain ( ) for guiding cables, hoses and the like between two connection points, with several chain straps which are connected to one another via upper and lower cross-members in detachable fashion and assembled in two parallel strands, and which overlap one another and can be angled, there are alternating chain storage ( ) designed as inner straps ( ) with inner overlap areas ( ) and as outer straps ( ) with outer overlap areas ( ) in each chain strand. The angling of the chain straps ( ) relative to one another is restricted by stops ( ) located in the overlap areas ( ). The curvature of the chain ( ) is defined by the position of the stops ( ). If the stops ( ) in the inner and outer straps ( ) are positioned asymmetrically with respect to the center axis running in the longitudinal direction of the chain (S ) as the axis of symmetry, it is possible to produce two different bending behaviors in the energy guiding chain ( ) using the same inner and outer straps ( ), depending on the orientation of the straps ( ) with respect to the longitudinal direction of the chain.

Power supply chain

A guide trough for energy management chains which has parallel, oblong side sections, and one energy management chain can be positioned therebetween in the longitudinal direction. Fittings such as slide rails are secured to the inside of the side sections. The side sections (,) have at least one cross-member,which points obliquely up and protrudes into the guide trough. A holding member (,) also protruding obliquely on a fitting (,) can be mounted on a cross-member and, assisted by the cross-member,fixes the fitting (,) to the side section (,).

Guide trough for energy management chains

An energy guiding chain is disclosed for accommodating cables and hoses. The chain has laterally spaced parallel side-plates (,) with upper and lower cross-members (,). A cross-sectional space for said cables and hoses is defined by the side-plates and the upper and lower edges of the side-plates. The cross-sectional space is expanded by at least one of the cross-members being detachably mounted on the side-plates by connector parts (,). The cross-member is a bracket including bracket body (,) and a mounting member (,) at each free end of the body with a mounting member connector-part (,) for engagement by connector parts (,) which are engageable by movement of the mounting member connector-part in the lateral direction toward a plate connector part.
