The first and second sub-pixels are arranged in a first column adjacent to a first boundary, and the third sub-pixels are arranged in a second column. The second and first sub-pixels are arranged in a third column adjacent to a second boundary, and the third sub-pixels are arranged in a fourth column. The third sub-pixels are arranged in a first column and a second column of the first sub-area. The first and second sub-pixels are arranged in a first column and a second column of the third sub-area. The first to third sub-pixels are not disposed in the second column of the first and third sub-areas.

Electronic device

A display device includes: a substrate having a first display area and a second display area. A first pixel circuit portion is disposed on the substrate. A first emitting diode includes a first pixel electrode connected to the first pixel circuit portion. A second pixel circuit portion is disposed on a second display area of the substrate. An extension wire is connected to the second pixel circuit portion. A second emitting diode includes a second pixel electrode connected to the extension wire, and a driving circuit portion is connected to the first pixel circuit portion and the second pixel circuit portion, and overlaps the second emitting diode. The extension wire is disposed in a different layer from the second pixel electrode.

A display device includes a display panel including a main area and a sensor area. Sensor devices overlap the sensor area of the display panel in a thickness direction of the display panel. The display panel includes first subpixels, which are disposed in the sensor area, and second subpixels, which are disposed in the main area. The number of transistors of each of the first subpixels is different from the number of transistors of each of the second subpixels.

Display device having a sensor area

A display device includes a display area which includes a first display area including a plurality of first pixels and a second display area including at least one second pixel and at least one light-transmitting portion, a peripheral area disposed around the display area, a data line including a first portion and a second portion spaced apart from each other in a predetermined direction with the light-transmitting portion therebetween, and a conductive pattern disposed at a different conductive layer from the data line. The conductive pattern includes a first pattern portion including a bypass portion that bypasses a periphery of the second display area in a plan view and disposed in the first display area, and the first pattern portion includes a first end electrically connected to the first portion of the data line and a second end electrically connected to the second portion of the data line.

A display device includes light emitting pixels that emit light, photosensors each controlling a sensed current according to an incident light, and a read-out circuit that senses the sensed current of each of the photosensors and converts the sensed current into digital sensed data. In a sensing mode including a first frame period and a second frame period, the light emitting pixels include first sensing pixels that emit the light during the first frame period and second sensing pixels that do not emit the light during the first frame period, the photosensors include first photosensors and second photosensors, and a first distance between any one of the first sensing pixels and a first photosensor adjacent to the first sensing pixel among the first photosensors is greater than a second distance between the first sensing pixel and a second photosensor adjacent to the first sensing pixel among the second photosensors.

A display device includes a display panel having a display area and a non-display area. The display panel includes a pixel disposed in the display area and including a light emitting element and a pixel driving circuit electrically connected with the light emitting element, a sensor disposed in the display area and including a photo sensing element and a sensor driving circuit electrically connected with the photo sensing element, a data line electrically connected with the pixel and extended along a first direction, a scan line electrically connected with the pixel and extended along a second direction intersecting the first direction, and a readout line including a first readout portion in the display area. An organic light-emitting display device includes: a display panel having a first display area and a second display area, the first and second display areas having different light transmittances from each other in a unit area, wherein the display panel includes a plurality of organic light-emitting diodes disposed in the first display area and the second display area, wherein a first organic light-emitting diode disposed in the first display area and a second organic light-emitting diode disposed in the second display area each include at least one light emitter, and the number of the light emitter included in the second organic light-emitting diode is greater than the number of the light emitter included in the first organic light-emitting diode.

Organic light-emitting display device

A display device includes: a base layer; a display element layer on the base layer, and including a light emitting element, a light detection element, and a photovoltaic element adjacent to one another; a light shielding layer on the display element layer, and having a plurality of opening parts; and a color filter layer on the display element layer, and covering the plurality of opening parts. The light detection element and the photovoltaic element are located at the same layer as each other, the light detection element is to detect an external input based on incident light from the outside, and the photovoltaic element is to generate electrical energy based on the incident light.

A display device includes: a pixel, a scan driver, an emission driver, and a data driver. The pixel includes: a light emitting element; a first transistor; a second transistor connected between a data line and a first node; a third transistor connected between a second node and a third node connected to a gate electrode of the first transistor; a fourth transistor connected between the second node and a third power line; a fifth transistor connected between the first node and a fourth node; a sixth transistor connected between a first power line and the first node and which is turned off in response to a first emission control signal; a storage capacitor connected between the third node and the fourth node; and a first capacitor connected between the first power line and the fourth node.

Pixel and display device including the same

A display device includes a display panel including an antireflection layer on a light emitting element layer which includes a first pixel defining layer in which an opening defining a light emitting area of a first pixel is defined, and a second pixel defining layer in which an opening defining a light emitting area of a second pixel is defined. The antireflection layer includes first and second light blocking layers respectively overlapping the first and second pixel defining layers, and includes a first gap defined by a length of a predetermined direction from an edge of the opening to an edge of an opening of the first light blocking layer, and a second gap defined by a length from an edge of the opening to an edge of an opening of the second light blocking layer in the predetermined direction. The first gap is less than the second gap.
