Provided is an apparatus for manufacturing a surgical guide that guides a cutting line formed to surround a tumor of an organ, the apparatus including: an organ modeling unit configured to model a 3-dimensional (3D) image of the organ, based on an image of a patient captured by an external imaging apparatus; a cutting line determining unit configured to determine, in the 3D image of the organ, the cutting line to correspond to a location of the tumor and an entry angle of a surgical instrument to the cutting line; and a guide manufacturing unit configured to manufacture a surgical guide that guides the surgical instrument to the cutting line in a slanting manner corresponding to the entry angle, based on the 3D image of the organ.

The present disclosure relates to a method for manufacturing nose implant, including obtaining a 3-dimensional image of a nasal bone and a 3-dimensional image of a nasal cavity; modeling a nasal cartilage by applying information of anatomy between the nasal bone, nasal cavity, and nasal cartilage, to the 3-dimensional image of the nasal bone and the 3-dimensional image of the nasal cavity; and modeling an inner shape of where the implant may be seated, from the 3-dimensional image of the nasal bone and the modelled nasal cartilage.

The present invention relates to a customized surgical guide device and a customized surgical guide generating method and program. A customized surgical guide generating method comprises the steps of: acquiring body surface data and treatment area data from medical image data by a computer; a first shape data generating step, wherein the first shape data is data which corresponds to the shape of the body part cover; a target point setting step of setting one or more target points; setting individual first points on the body surface accessible to the target point with a medical tool; setting a guide tube length on the basis of a distance from the first point to the target point; and generating final shape data in which one or more guide tubes are combined to the first shape data by applying the guide tube length to the first point.

Disclosed is an apparatus for stimulating the brain and measuring the light induced neuronal activity including a signal application unit which applies a signal to a living tissue to stimulate the neuronal cells in the living tissue; an electrode unit which detects an electrophysiological signal of the neuronal cell in response to the signal; and an insulation unit which controls an impedance of the electrode unit. The signal application unit is formed integrally with the electrode unit, so that the site where the signal is applied to the living tissue is approximated to the site where the response to the stimulation is measured.

Each cell may include a first light source for irradiating light to a photosensitive material in the living body. Further, a photostimulation apparatus may include: a membrane for insertion into a living body; and at least one first light source disposed on the membrane for irradiating light to a photosensitive material in the living body. Since the photostimulation apparatus is placed on the surface of cortex or dura, it may minimize damage of the brain tissue and may activate and/or inhibit a large area simultaneously using light.
